Captains Log,

It's 730 in the morning on Canadian Music Week Eve, and I'm currently on the 404 headin to Richmond Hill for work. Not very pumped about that, but I am pumped for CMW. Every March of each year for about a week, venues all over Toronto host a shit ton of bands, artists, and music guru's in one of Canada's most celebrated music festivals. It really is a cool event and an awesome oppertunity to check out some very good bands along with some of Canada's rising talent. Also if you are into the business side of the industry, there are a plethera of conferences and seminars available to attend. If this is something you have never really taken part in, I suggest you check it out and get the most out of it. Its not often you find so many good bands and shows performing in the same week in the same city, including yours truly (os2l) this Friday at the reverb. So make sure you are there so we can kill it together!! If anyone is planning on starting to hit the show circuit tomorrow, a couple of us will be headin in for some conferences and shows , so if you would like to join us just drop a response to this blog and we can hook up. I think I wanna hit the tattoo rock parlour and check out Bury the Bully.

Listening the the Dean Blundell show, and I'm thankful I have no good stories to tell for "wha' happen?" some people are just unfortunate at times. Lol so whoever gives us the best "wha happen" story gets a free CD. Entries are now being taken. So post!!

Speaking of Richmondhill, a friend of mine was driving home one day; dying to take a piss. Firstly, this guy can't not go out and hold his pee for the life of him. So we're driving... (This is the narration of the story"





Friend: OMG I have to pee


Me: What do you mean you have to pee... NOW?


Friend: Yea, I can't hold it anymore (while rocking back and forth, while driving)


Me: Well there aren't any places around here to stop


Friend: Maybe i'll pull over


Me: Yea, maybe you should


* we continue driving with no pit stops, even though my friend knows he's gotta pee *


Me: Do you want to pull over?


Friend: No it's okay, the urge went away


*10 minutes later....*


Friend: Are you done your drink?


Me: No I got like 1/2 left- want some?


Friend: (yelling) NO, TOSS THE JUICE OUT!!! HURRY!


Me: umm, screw you LOL - stop and piss


Friend: OMG! JUST TOSS OUT THE JUICE


Me: FUCK, FINE!!!


*Well as I was trying to get the juice out of the window, the bottle fly outta my hand.. LOL


Friend: FUCK!!!! Why? Why?


Me: LMFAO!


Friend: Gimme something else!


Me: Here, a water bottle


Friend: Ok turn around, I'm going to take it out and piss!


LMAO!!!!


* All i hear is the pissing noise and then....





Friend: FUCK IT'S ALL OVER THE CAR!!!! Here take the bottle, throw it out!


Me: EWWW! OMG, I'M NOT TOUCHING IT! OMG... IT SMELLS!


Friend: It's everywhere in my car- i missed the hole!





LOL





Ending to this: We had to stop at a gas station and he had to clean the WHOLE ENTIRE CAR.. as I sat and laughed my ass off!!!!





That's my "wha's happen?" episode... I have plenty!
