So I don't know if I've told you that I started this crazy nutrional program where I have changed my eating habbits and started working out with a trainer. Well, just by changing and being more aware of what I eat now, I've already lost 4 lbs in 2 weeks and that was without working out! Yaaaay!
This week I started training and wow!!! I am so sore just from one training session that I had on Tuesday. Today I meet again with Rohnda, my trainer for another hour session. Yikes I'm still sore from Tuesday... how am I going to do this? They say the first 2 weeks are the hardest when you start working out. Hope that's true so I'll be half way through the sorness.
