My liver and I used to be friends. We didn..t really speak much after we first met, but then when I turned 18 we seemed to become a lot closer to one another for some reason, and got to know each other pretty well. I knew what my liver liked and didn..t like. I knew Chartreuse wasn..t something either of us wanted to spend much time in the company of. Anyway, after a relationship that has spanned over a decade, seen an unimaginable amount of fun and good times, it finally happened. On Friday morning, my liver stopped talking to me. I fear maybe forever. It hasn..t uttered a word all weekend. I think I may have finally gone that little bit too far.


While many friendship groups are aware of the adage ..What happens at Q Bar stays at Q Bar.., it is inevitable that sometimes even the best laid plans come undone. I perhaps shouldn..t have been so obvious, getting cosy with my liver..s mortal enemy, Tequila, in the corner while my liver was right there with me. I should have been more discreet. I could have possibly got away with it once. A quick disco-shot and my liver wouldn..t have been the wiser. But 5?? What the hell was I thinking? And then to make matters worse, in a show of support my memory and common sense decided to leave me as well. Thankyou Q Thursdays for ruining yet another relationship.


So while I cant really shed much light on the activities taking place at Q last Thursday for obvious reasons, I can tell you that this Thursday is going to be huge!
