MY ANSWER IS YES. THIS YES IS NOT WITHOUT THE FACTUAL KNOWLEDGE THAT THE BLACK PAIN AS IT WAS RAMPANT THEN IS VERY RAMPANT NOW. SO THIS YES ANSWER IS NOT FROM A DISCONNECTED THOUGHT PROCESS, IT IS A YES BASED ON THE FACT THAT I/EYE HAVE TAKEN WHAT IS NEGATIVE AND FULLY EXIST AND DEPOWERED IT TO THE POINT THAT I/EYE PROUDLY SAY THAT I/EYE AM A N.I.G.G.A NONNIGGER INTELLIGENT GO GETTER ALWAYS AND SUCH DEPOWERMENT  ELEVATES THE  PHRASE IN A POSITIVE LIGHT HOPING THAT THIS LIGHT SHINES SO BRIGHT THAT  THEIR NO LONGER BE NIGGERS IN THIS EXISTENCE ASSISTING IN THE FURTHER DESTRUCTION OF OUR BLACK RACE.

as for omdia's response, this is a very weak argument as your attempt to take the power out of the word by internalizing the word and it's meaning does nothing in the way of taking the power from the word.  or perhaps internalizing is too harsh of a word on the surface level but perhaps there is something to say about finding contentment with attempting to flip it as a term of endearment.  this idea is never consistent, one will use the word as means of showing so-called respect to a friend but will then use it in a general sense in the demeaning way that it was intended to be used for.
