Oh well, It was fun while it lasted.

Your MySpace account has been deleted for violating our Terms of Service.

This is usually due to one of the following:

* Nude images, sexually suggestive or violent photos
* Covering our banner ads with HTML
* Harassing other users
* You do not meet the minimum age requirement
* Spamming the classifieds, forums, bulletins, or other sections of the site
* Attempting to artificially inflate scores
* Scripting the site

Your account cannot be restored. If you choose to return to MySpace, please
follow the rules.

I'm not sure which category it fit in to.

It lasted about two weeks and got about 3000 visits before myspace shut it down
I wish we were able to save some of the messages and comments we got on the page ,
some of them were mighty entertaining. It's amazing how many people thought it
was real.
Women offering a shoulder to cry on and gay men trying to pick him up were just
some of the responses we got on the site.
It's hard to tell if it translated in to any record sales or hits on our regular
band page.

Well, back to the regular MOIST news.
We would like to thank everybody that came out to our last few shows. It seems
they just keep getting bigger and bigger.
We just had Marie Kanger-Born from chicagopunkpix take a bunch of shots at our
last show and as soon as we pick out which ones to use we will be putting them up.

Our next live show is at THE RED LINE TAP on Friday Jan. 18th
7006 N. Glenwood in Chicago. Around the corner from the Heartland cafe.

Hope to see some of you there.
Be sure to mention the secret phrase at the show(moist beer farts)and receive
a free CD!

I think they felt it was tasteless and not up to their 'standards': much like Fitzgerald's not allowing the Moist Guitars to perform at their establishment. It just goes to show you that while 1984 is gone and past, Big Brother is alive and well! At least your Moist-site is still up and running. You really should request and EXACT reason for their eliminating the site. I had a 'problem' with a photo I had on my site and requested an explanation and they apologized and said it was in error. Confront The Man! Viva la Revolution! You may not up your standards, but they can UP THEIRS!!! Screw the rule!
