Ok, ok, ok... I promise I'll blog about the show last night. But it might take a while. It was a blowout! I didn't realize that Jason D. Williams was also on the bill. Wow. What an act he has! We all had so much fun.

I did want to mention though, that if you want to communicate with The Derailers we are on Twitter, and Facebook. If you'd like to be notified when we'll be in your area, just send your email address and general location to thederailers@gmail.com. We'll get you all set up on our email list.

A question we get a lot (A LOT) is "When will you be coming back to ________?" Well, the answer to that is "Not soon enough!".  We love traveling all across this great land of ours. We love visiting with friends from coast to coast and beyond. But we don't travel as much as we used to. It has become prohibitively expensive to do so. So, if you really want to see The Derailers in your town, you may have to be proactive about it. If you have a venue and the means to cover our fees we'll go anywhere. The best way to do that is go to your favorite music venue and let them know that you'd like to see The Derailers. When they book the show, bring lots of people out and pack the place.

On the other hand, we're in Austin on a monthly basis. Sometimes more. Maybe you should come see The Derailers in OUR town...

It's getting late. We have to leave here (Newport Arkansas) in just a few minutes. I'll blog more about this show later.

Have fun times!

I'm glad to see that you all rocked the festival last night over in the "Land Of Opportunity" Jason Williams is an amazing performer that always delivers a grreat performance. I haven't seen him in years but I know he still must be kicking ass and taking names at his gigs. A liitle Jerry Lee never hurts anyone...does the body good! Looking forward to your next trip North of the Red...I hope it's not TOO long. Have a safe trip back home and thanks again for the good times at the Merc!
