Marci says.....
I am completely FXXXed off with the music industry.
i am so bored at the gigs i see at festivals and yet so many great bands out there dont get a look in.
getting a booking for my band seems like climbing mont blanc in shoes made of marshmallow!
i know women can multi task but this is ridiculous!
despite that i  know the music is great!  we perform great!
The band is great.
Promoters where are u?
Dodgy Promoters FXXX Off!
ie those that rip off musicians,
book great artists and pay them peanuts or not at all!
people where are your ears at?
DJs what is going on?
So much talent out there and the same old shxx getting thru
BORING !
people are stupid and i dont give a sxxx anymore bout trying to please em!
i went to see Diamanda Galas last week and  loved it!
it  mirrored the frstration and anger i feel at the state of music industry today!
 so peeps

Marci!! please dont forget that you are an absolute queen.
cream always rises to the top hun so hold on. Your music is pure gold and gives so many people joy including me. put the frustration into your lyrics and write a song about this shitty music bizness.
Poets like you have a great ability to turn their pain and frustration into something beautiful. the music industry stinks, its full of sharks and chancers and lilttle fish get chewed up and spat out again and I dont even have the profile or catalogue of music that you have and Im mad enough to keep trying to make it so you must not lose your passion for it.
Just say to hell with the lot of them and keep being wonderful.
remember REAL musical talent like you never goes out of fashion.
You are not a flash in the pan pop star you are a REAL artist. unfortunate but sometimes you have to suffer for that. If you were a generic pop artist you'd be retired by now and have to live on the 5 or 6 years of financial success but someone like you is going to be making music for the rest of your days.
Please keep doing you in the wonderful way that you do and dont lose the faith.
we love you
xxx
