Hey guys, well I'm sorry I haven't used this blog very much. I've been a big fan of doing video updates, posting different bulletins and annoying people on twitter but I think it's probably time I started rocking this little guy too :-). haha
Well I know you're all probably wondering what's been going on with me for the longest time now. I hope it doesn't seem like I've fallen off the face of the planet (because we all know the planet is flat and it's easy to fall off...be careful). I've been very busy! I've got a brand new album all finished that is coming out this year. WOOHOO! I know I've been promising it for quite a while now but things sort of took longer than I thought they would. That's the way of life though, ya know? I really am thankful for how difficult and challenging this experience has been. I've learned a whole new take on patience and I know I lost some of you guys along the way because it's taken so long but I'm more thankful then ever for how many of you have stuck around. You're all way too amazing to me... on the real.
But basically I did a few months of touring earlier this year by myself and I'm proud to announce I'm going to start playing with a band live :-). I hope no one thinks it's a sign of me changing or anything like I promise I'm still the same Jimmy. I'm just going to need to be a little bit louder for some of the venues and stuff like that. The band is made up of really rad dudes though so you guys will dig it I hope!
In other news my eye sight seems to have stayed the same despite how much I use the computer and watch terrible (AWESOME) tv shows. I just had an eye doctor appointment haha. My dad got a puppy about 12 months ago and she's now well trained and crazy awesome. No matter how old she gets she'll remain a puppy to me. She's accepted her role as "puppy". haha.
But really, I couldn't be more grateful for all of you being so wonderful and supportive of me. I'm going to be giving you guys the single very soon! Couldn't be more stoked to finally start getting this stuff out there for all of you. Until then though any help you guys can give me is always amazing.
