ok, so i'm guessing you all know the story by now
everytime i mention anything about it now, i get stabbed haha
so i won't talk about it after this blog =]]
well, it all began on monday morning [augusr 21st]
i woke up at 6am, YEAH, you hear 6am, and it wasn't even a school day
me and josh got on the train, then met pallavi and ella at liverpool street because they both missed the train
we got to hmv where we saw a massive queue. we then laughed at the people in the queue
because we're not stupid
we walked straight in past the security gaurds
fools.
yeh so we got our tbs wristbands, then saw mike who didn't get a wristband =]
we then moved onto the dashboard signing at a very slow pace
but after walking round in a few hundred circles we found fopp
we sat outside here for a few hours, watching the tramps crawl by:

ella played guitar actually she didnt play, josh and mike did she just held it lol
sophie was happy
who wouldnt be? we were about to see dashbooaarrdd =]]
haha so we sat there for hours
and then in like the last 15 minutes it rained
no, it didnt rain, it poured
everyone huddled together, trying to cover themselves up as much as they could
it we pretty impossible, basically everyone got soaked
well.. pallavis head didnt, because she put a plastic bag on it
you may think thats a stupid idea, but her hair didnt get wet, it was very clever of her
yeh so we eventually got inside and the stage looked perdy =]
haha and even though i had an afro and no eyes i was sooooo happy
this was it, the moment i'd been waiting for
AHHHHHH CHRIIIIIIIIISSSSSSSS
=[=]=[=]=[=]=[==]=[==]
i felt a big rush of emotion at this point
it was beautiful
oh so beautiful
i know exactly what you're thinking
"it looks amazing, omgosh i wish i was there you're so lucky"
uh huh
but
it didnt just look amazing =] you had to hear it
screaming infidelities chorus:
random bit of say anything lol, and the end of swiss army romance:
hands down, of course:
.. width="425" height="350">
..>
so then we headed back down to hmv. we were't sad that dashboard was over, because our journey had only just begun muahaha
so we spent like forever in hmv trying to find out where we were supposed to go
the people that worked there kept telling us different things
they were all useless.
in the end we saw a big line of people walking up to the stage being guided by security gaurds, and obviously we jumped the queue again.. i dont get how they didnt see us, we must be invisible
yah anyway, we were all squished in long narrow rows between cd stands, it was well gay, and we were quite far back so yeh, bit poo really.
then they only played four songs
but it was only two new ones wich was good
i don't really like the new album
gah whatever:
haha when they did the signing we could take pictures of us and them
just them
fools.
so i got this one of adam... aww =]
Day Two
me and ella made our way up to the london barfly
to the dashboard gig
this was it
the show i'd been waiting soooo long to go to
and they made us wait even more.
i thought the bands would never be on, but alas, a man stepped on stage
a strange guy, who, even though nobody knew his songs, kept the crowds attention. now that's what i like to see

.
ok then he died
aaaannnnnd
chris and john got on the stage
=]
i must say, although the gig was proper AMAZING, i was disappointed that they played a load of the same songs that they'd played the day before. and they didnt play for justin. oh well =]
it made me laugh how most of the people didnt know half the words. i remember there was two boys behind me who were like yeeeh we're the biggest dashboard fans eveeeeeerrrr and then they didnt know a song and i wanted to point and laugh but i didnt because i'm nice.
CHRIS CARRABBA IS NEARLY GOD. NOT QUITE AS GOOD AS GOD.
best gig everrrrrrrr. just because it was dashboard =]
Day three. the say of all days.
on the way to the dashboard gig the day before, ella got a call from some website saying she'd won a competition to go to the alexisonfire album launch party on a boat on the river thames and could take one person. daaaaammn we were happy.
Yeeeh we went to london and sat by the side of the river drinking a bottle of vodka. yum.
from here we could see the boat, and people from alexis playing guitars and stuff =]
It was raining but we didnt care... we were about to meet alexisonfire.
we got on the boat and it was so perdy =] this was pallavis reaction when she first saw dallas green: [he's behind her in the stripy jumper]
we met many people on the boat. i only really remember them from the photographs
you see the beer in his hand. that's right. FREE BAR
there was me thinking this couldnt get any better, then pallavi and ella were like chris carrabbas on the boat look behind you, i didnt believe them at first because on the way there we were like, how cool would it be if they invited chris carrabba. AND THEY DID.
i turned around and he was just standing there, with his beautiful green jacket, and his hair slicked back like elvis.
those few seconds were just FGJKHSADJOSAKHDHJSKFJGKD;38UJ;. you understand...
AAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
then i went and met lots of people who thought i was crazy, but i was just drunk and extremely happy.
Alexis did a little show, and it ws amazing. i just remember going crazy and people falling on the band and stuff. WELL GOOD.
i met these guys, they asked me to take a picture but there camera like broke in my hand, so i took it on my camera, which didnt break until later on =]
and i took photos of the thames =]
and alexis =]
and me with the kerrang photographer and some guy who i spoke to for ages and they thought i was a syko =]
and kara and lisa who cheered me up =]
i wrote my myspace all over dallas greens little book thing. he hates me =]
so they left.
and that was the story of the best three days of my life =]
