Thank you for sharing your incredible story with me yesterday. It seems like you have been through a great deal since the death of your brother and your witness to the sentencing in Phillip Guyett's trial two weeks ago. I know it can be challenging getting information from government agencies, and I hoped we could focus on something so your efforts to contact FDA would be productive. We can help with some information as we are able.

As I indicated, it is first important for you to understand the limitations of what FDA can and cannot do. FDA's purview regarding the regulation of tissues involves three published final rules in Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 1271 (21 CFR part 1271). One final rule requires firms to register and list their human cell, tissue, and cellular and tissue-based products (HCT/Ps) with FDA. The second rule requires tissue establishments to evaluate donors, through screening and testing, to reduce the transmission of infectious diseases through tissue transplantation. The third final rule establishes current good tissue practices for HCT/Ps. Additional information is available on FDA's website at:

Title 21 CFR 1271.440 identifies actions that can be taken to assure tissue regulations are enforced. These actions include orders of retention, recall, destruction and cessation of manufacturing. These enforcement actions may occur to tissue establishments that fail to register and tissue establishments that allow tissue with infectious agents to be distributed. You can access the CFR's for additional information at:

FDA is thus responsible for assuring appropriate screening and testing is conducted on people who donate human tissue for transplant. Screening helps determine if donors are free from risk factors for, and clinical evidence of, infection due to certain communicable diseases. Testing must show negative or nonreactive results for communicable diseases such as HIV, hepatitis, etc. The FDA also assures proper screening and testing procedures are followed and proper records of the screening and testing are maintained. FDA can also inspect institutions responsible for testing and can require those institutions to retain, recall, and/or destroy human tissue. In these ways, FDA oversees establishments or persons engaged in, screening, testing, processing, storing, or distributing human tissue.

Please be aware that FDA is not in possession of tissue involved in the DRS Guyett case. Further, the agency does not perform DNA testing done on any tissue. In addition, I do not have access to a full list of funeral homes from which Mr. Guyett procured bodies. While FDA does not have all the information you requested during our conversation, you may be able to obtain some of the information you are seeking about the DRS Guyett case by submitting a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). As I mentioned, we could walk through the FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) in a different way than you have done previously in the hope that more specific information could be obtained about the funeral home where your brother's remains were handled.

All FOIA requests must be in writing and the information in parts A, B and D below is required for the request to be processed. I have provided some suggestions of what you might include in part B. You should fill in part A and D and send it to the address below. It might be a good idea to call them after you have mailed this to get an idea of how long it might take to get an answer. In addition, when providing a statement for item D, I suggest that you include the following request, "if the cost of this request exceeds $25, please contact me."

A request for specific records that are releasable to the public can be processed much more quickly than a request for "all information" on a particular subject. Philip Joe Guyett Jr. faces up to 60 years in prison after pleading guilty in U.S. District Court in Raleigh to three mail fraud charges. The crimes occurred in 2005 when he ran Donor Referral Services of Raleigh. Guyett fabricated the health histories of deceased human donors, some of whom had diseases that disqualified their tissue for transplant.

I am also requesting that you send us any, and all additional information that was given to you, and a copy of the ENTIRE file concerning this matter!

As you are June's lawyer, and involved in her being "Trustee" WE, being my mother Y, and myself, Rhonda Fleming, request from you ALL documentation as to WHOM IS the beneficiary, and WHY you have continued to do nothing, when we have repeatedly contacted you by handwritten mail, asking you about the proceedings, which we were told was in probate that we contested! We received the prenuptial agreement from Mr McKissick, stating that June was to have NO rights to ANYTHING, have sent it to you, and still NOTHING?!

And these were sent to you nearly a year and a half after his murder, because we were never told Mr McKissick had made my brothers will/living will until WE notified him after getting his name from the police report!
My mother, Y, and my brother's X NEVER signed ANYTHING to waive their rights to inherit, nor were they notified during proceedings of which we were told was in probate during that time, and still believe my brother has valid wills that have been denied and ignored.


We are also making our legal request to REMOVE June from being "Trustee" ASAP! We are currently obtaining our own attorney, but have been advised to have her removed NOW as trustee, and from the home BECAUSE she has perjured herself on the estate documents, and commited fraud to obtain Allen's body and estate, of which my mother has sent you in a handwritten claim, and X has never been notified of anything!

Now I am requestiong this publically, because the lies and non replies have gone on far too long, and we request you to send us ALL copies of my brother's estate file that we are entitled by law, under the FOIA, Public Record's Act, and as Next Of Kin.


We request you send the information by US Postal Mail, all on paper and not by e-mail, but certified copies.


I am also posting this on my MySpace as public proof of our requests, and my claim of fraud by June Tuning Croft to make herself "trustee" and of her lies told on court documents. Philip Joe Guyett Jr. faces up to 60 years in prison after pleading guilty in U.S. District Court in Raleigh to three charges of mail fraud. The crimes occurred in 2005 when he ran Donor Referral Services of Raleigh. Guyett fabricated the health histories of deceased human donors, some of whom had diseases that disqualified their tissue for transplant. Guyett, who has moved back to California and now works in metal recycling, will be sentenced June 1. He has offered to help prosecutors and the U..S. Food and Drug Administration identify problems in the tissue procurement system. According to the FDA, more than 2,000 companies are registered with the agency to recover tissue from deceased donors. Many are accredited through a national firm or affiliated with organ donation services that have strict rules to screen for diseases and uphold sterile hospital conditions during the procurement process. But Guyett ran a rogue operation outside those respected channels. Although he was registered by the FDA, he had a criminal history for problems with a procurement business in California. An FDA spokeswoman did not immediately respond to questions about how Guyett obtained FDA registration to run the Raleigh company, despite pleading no contest to a felony embezzlement charge in 2000. His business plan in Raleigh involved paying funeral home operators a finder's fee to refer him to prospective donors. Rather than verify the health of tissue, he forged documents, made up younger ages and falsified medical records on donors who otherwise would have been rejected. The FDA's Office of Criminal Investigations launched an inquiry in June 2006 and shut him down that August. "He wrongly took shortcuts by falsifying the collections records in order to get rid of the tissue," Guyett's attorney, Dan Boyce, said after court Monday. "He assumed the checks and balances in the screening and processing of the tissue would catch any problems with the tissue." Jason Cowley, the assistant U.S. attorney who headed Guyett's prosecution, said Guyett was motivated by money. "I think he had a hard time making it lucrative by following the regulations," Cowley said. "The only way he could make it work was by telling lies." Fears of illness No illnesses were reported to the FDA or the U.S. Attorney's Office as a result of the scheme. About 100 people got letters notifying them that their transplant tissue had been fraudulently documented. More people could have been affected over the course of Guyett's business in 2005 and 2006. Some patients are skeptical of the government's account. Karen Cummings, who had a bone graft during oral surgery in Charlotte four years ago, worries that the unexplained rashes, weight loss and poor health she has suffered since that procedure could be related to tainted tissue. Although Cummings is not among those who received a letter confirming she received tissue from Guyett, she maintains that hospitals, doctors and others may be loath to disclose the information for fear of lawsuits. "It's a scary scenario," she said. Human tissue is used in more than 1.5 million procedures a year, including knee replacements, spinal repairs and skin grafts. Usually, procurement agencies work in hospitals, approaching families of people who have recently died. Bruce Nicely, director of tissue services for Carolina Donor Services, said the procurement agency has strict rules for how it recovers tissue. It runs checks and double-checks of the donor's medical history, blood samples, cause of death and other factors that could make tissue ineligible. Tissue is typically recovered from hospital operating rooms or in an operating room at Carolina Donor Services' facility in Durham. "We are very upfront about what we are doing and how we're doing it," Nicely said. "I encourage the consumer to be very aware and knowledgeable about that. If there are any hesitations about answering where to and how for, if you ask how the gift is going to be used and you can't get good information ... I would be hesitant." 'Somebody was lying' Others within the tissue procurement industry insist the system is safe. "We go through extensive testing and screening of donors," said Bob Rigney, chief executive officer of the American Association of Tissue Banks, the accrediting agency. He said companies accredited through the association enlist 30,000 donors a year, which requires they rule out more than 400,000 prospective donors for a variety of reasons. Rigney said the Guyett case, along with a similar, separate scheme in New Jersey that also resulted in criminal charges, prompted his organization to require additional documentation for donor consent and more auditing. Still, his organization oversees only those companies that voluntarily submit to the accreditation process. And the FDA's oversight consists of inspections every three years for most companies, and every two years for those deemed high risk. "What we faced in these cases was something we never faced before -- that somebody was lying," Rigney said. And there's no guarantee that won't happen again. "Philip Guyett chose to tell lies in a matter as sensitive as the implantation of tissue into medical patients across the country, all to make a quick buck," said U.S. Attorney George Holding. Nov. 2--DURHAM -- The man whose body was found in a burning truck on the American Tobacco Trail last month has been identified.
The death of Jose Luis Sifuentes Castillo, 41, of Cary is being treated as a homicide.
Sheriff's deputies say the drywall installation business owner was last seen at the Illusions nightclub in Cary early Oct. 16. His charred body was later found in the back seat of his truck. Deputies say Castillo was with Wendell Alomar Cabrera, who is wanted for questioning.
Anyone with information on this case is asked to call Lt. S. Harris or Detective T.J. Mellown at 560-0900 or 560-0880.

TARPON SPRINGS, Fla. (AP) - A woman convicted two weeks ago of being the "D.C. Madam" hanged herself Thursday, apparently making good on her vow never to go to prison for running a high-end Washington prostitution ring.
The body of Deborah Jeane Palfrey was found in a shed near her mother's home about 20 miles northwest of Tampa. Police said the 52-year-old Palfrey left at least two suicide notes and other writings to her family in a notebook, but they did not disclose their contents.
Palfrey apparently hanged herself with nylon rope from the shed's ceiling. Her mother discovered the body.
Officers were outside the mother's white and pink home in the community of mostly retirees.
Blanche Palfrey had no sign that her daughter was suicidal, and there was no immediate indication that alcohol or drugs were involved, police Capt. Jeffrey Young said.
A man who answered a phone listed for Palfrey's mother declined to comment.
"This is tragic news and my heart goes out to her mother," said attorney Preston Burton, who represented Deborah Jeane Palfrey in her trial.
A federal jury convicted Palfrey on April 15 of running a prostitution service that catered to members of Washington's political elite, including Sen. David Vitter, a Louisiana Republican. She was convicted of money laundering, using the mail for illegal purposes and racketeering.
Palfrey had denied her escort service engaged in prostitution, saying that if any of the women engaged in sex acts for money, they did so without her knowledge.
The trial concluded without revealing many new details about the service or its clients. Vitter was among possible witnesses but did not take the stand.
Channing Phillips, the spokesman for the U.S. attorney's office in the District of Columbia, said that under sentencing guidelines, Palfrey faced about five or six years in prison. She was free while she awaited sentencing on July 24.
"I'm sure as heck not going to be going to federal prison for one day, let alone four to eight years, because I'm shy about bringing in the deputy secretary of whatever," Palfrey told ABC last year when she released phone records that revealed some of her clients. "Not for a second. I'll bring every last one of them in if necessary."
Dan Moldea, a Washington writer who befriended Palfrey while considering writing a book about her, said she was cautiously optimistic about her trial, even when the case went before the jury.
After the conviction, Moldea sent her an e-mail but didn't hear back. A week later, he said, he sent another note entitled "A Concerned Friend" asking whether she was OK. Again, he didn't hear back.
After hearing of her death, he recalled a conversation over dinner last year when the subject of prison came up.
"She said, 'I am not going back to prison. I will commit suicide first,'" Moldea said.
Prosecutors said Palfrey operated the prostitution service for 13 years.
Vitter, a first-term senator who is married and has four children, has acknowledged being involved with Palfrey's escort service and has apologized for what he called a "very serious sin." But he avoided commenting further.
Besides Vitter, the trial also concluded without the testimony of military strategist Harlan Ullman or Randall Tobias, a former senior State Department official. Both men had been named among possible witnesses.
One of the escort service employees was former University of Maryland, Baltimore County, professor Brandy Britton, who was arrested on prostitution charges in 2006. She committed suicide in January before she was scheduled to go to trial.
Palfrey said last year that she, too, was humiliated by her prostitution charges, but said: "I guess I'm made of something that Brandy Britton wasn't made of."

- How many people leave multiple suicide notes (as they say she did)?
- Did she feel as if there was no way out - because she felt like her life was in danger? On cable, they said she may have actually served 5 years. That's not that long.

So far, this prosecution has netted two suicides. First Brandy Britton, a univ of maryland professor and an" escort employee", and now the Madame herself. To the best of my knowledge there are no other victims of this enterprise, unless you want to include the US Senator that was outed. No customers were hurt, they got what they paid for..no harm no foul. That is until the justice Dept spent millions investigating and trying these women(no johns were prosecuted, of course)leading directly to two deaths. Yet no time or $ to prosecute Nigong et al, where we have real victims. This is sick.

I found the "modern day lynching" reference odd, as well.

Actually my theory is that she contemplated offing herself with pills and alcohol (hence the DNR and do not feed signs). There have been enough botched suicides that way (and alleged poisonings) that resulted in vegetative states. So she prepped everything and then either didn't use enough and recovered, or decided to use the rope, and that took a week to put together.

Huge Lawsuit Could Change Handling of the Dead

It was years after Mark and Diane Albrecht laid their son Christopher to rest that they discovered they had not buried all of him.
His brain had been removed for tests by an Ohio county coroner trying to determine why the seemingly healthy 30-year-old man had died. It was never returned.
The Albrechts' discovery that they had buried their son without his brain has led to a federal class-action suit that could cost local governments millions of dollars, force changes in the way medical examiners perform their jobs and establish new rights for the next of kin.
The suit argues that the next of kin, not the state, should make decisions on how to dispose of organs no longer needed for testing, and that denial of such a right violates the Constitution's promise of due process. The federal lawsuit names 87 of Ohio's 88 counties; the other, Hamilton County, which encompasses Cincinnati, has already settled with families for $6 million.
Beyond that, the case has presented two separate courts with existential questions about death and burial rites, religion and grief, and the interests that loved ones have in the remains of the departed.
The social commentary comes from likely sources, such as the Catholic League, and unlikely ones, such as the National Association of Medical Examiners.

"Human beings relate to the personhood and soul of other living human beings, but these qualities are extinguished at death," said the medical examiners' brief. "The real family interest is in the 'soul' of the deceased, if it continues in an afterlife, or in the memory of the 'soul', rather than to the dead carcass."
The "dead carcass" line has not played well with those who urge the courts to find for the families.
Their supporters have drawn on Walt Whitman ("I Sing the Body Electric"), "The Iliad," ancient burial traditions, and the more modern searches for the remains of soldiers killed in Vietnam or the recovery of bits of the victims of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.
The Catholic League said in its court brief that respect for all parts of the dead "motivates us to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to search disaster sites, fires, and plane crashes, not only to recover intact bodies but individual parts."
The Albrechts reached a more concise conclusion: "The right to disposition of the loved one's dead body includes all of its parts."
The couple, who have declined media interview requests, learned of their son's missing brain from a lawyer investigating other cases involving the Hamilton County coroner. They had not objected to an autopsy to learn the cause of their son's death after his car swerved into a retention pond in December 2001, and do not contend that the coroner improperly conducted the autopsy.
But they did not know what medical examiners say is common: that brain examinations can take time, because the gelatinous matter must sometimes be fixed in a solution for two weeks before a sample can be taken. Remains returned to the family often do not contain all of the organs.

So the Albrechts buried their son, and the coroner later disposed of his brain after determining that Christopher had suffered a seizure, lost control of the car and drowned in the pond.
U.S. District Judge Susan J. Dlott said last spring that before she could rule on whether the class-action lawsuit could go forward, she wanted the Ohio Supreme Court to determine whether the next of kin have a "protected right" under Ohio law to "the decedent's tissues, organs, blood or other body parts that have been removed and retained" by a coroner.
The issue moved last week to the state court's seven justices, who seemed equally skeptical of arguments on both sides.
Lawyer Mark Landes, representing the counties and their coroners, said a broad requirement on coroners, specifying notification of families and meticulous retention of often severely damaged body parts, would make it impossible to do their work.
He said that some tests take time, longer than families want to wait for burial or cremation, and that some next of kin want to be spared the details.
But Chief Justice Thomas J. Moyer asked whether that was a decision for the family to make. "Why shouldn't it be their choice to wait?" he said.
The justices also seemed wary of what they might be opening up. Moyer wondered how the court could draw a "bright line" defining what coroners may discard and what must be returned to the body.

It is because of Metz, who acknowledges he has been called the "dead bodies lawyer," that Ohio is in the forefront of the issue. In 1991, he successfully represented a woman who discovered that the coroner had harvested her husband's corneas for transplantation without her permission.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit held that the woman had a "legitimate claim of entitlement" to her deceased husband's body, protected by the due process clause of the 14th Amendment.
After the successful suit against Hamilton County involving brains, the Ohio General Assembly stepped in.
It passed a law in 2006 stating that "retained tissues, organs, blood, other bodily fluids, gases, or any other specimens from an autopsy are medical waste," to be disposed of in accordance with state and federal law.

My name is Rhonda Fleming, and I am writing this letter and posting it on every news and blog site possible, to seek recognition, aid, and to educate the masses to the unfathomable abuses and crimes that are allowed to be continued without ANY help from our government concerning the murder of my brother in Durham, North Carolina in 2005, and many other crimes involving a very long list of injustices committed by Law Enforcement, and not just in the Carolina's.

The media and world have focused too much attention to this one case, as countless other cases have been completely left at the wayside! During the three years I have spent gathering evidence that they have completely ignored, have made numerous official requests and complaints to countless officials in NC, and Washington DC, all to no avail.

The focus is on one case by a city that is totally corrupt, yet the Department Of Justice, Administrative Office Of The Courts, Congress and many other official legislative, and judicial branches sits idly by, watches and does nothing!

The lawsuit made by the Duke LAX team will shed a bit of light onto the deliberate attempt and conspiracy of many, to care less about the lives, laws, and rights of citizens, and instead use them and us as political pawns on their nefarious road to perdition.

What is the big shock here? The families have every right to sue the city for negligence of an entire political system that failed miserably! This is by far NOT the biggest case to be media worthy, but one that has brought to the light of day a sample of what people in power do every single day and nobody even knows or cares!

Well, I am here to tell the WORLD and every entity watching, that As God is my witness I will not go to my grave without speaking out about the same system that has not only covered over my beloved brother's murder, but have mocked us, threatened us, and continue to deny us the right to know not just how my brother died, but everything that was done and NOT done!

I have contacted EVERY person their is imaginable, excluding the President, and still have been denied not just documents, but the right of a family to know how their loved one met their death, and to know what was done, and not done to his body!

We have been lied to and threatened by the Durham Sheriff's Department, have been shuffled through 3 years and 3 District Attorneys, countless complaints filed to numerous governmental agencies, even our own Congressman Dennis Kucinich, and STILL NOTHING!

We have sent our documents that we have been able to glean from the system to Mr. Ekstrand, but due to his obligation to the LAX team is unable to represent us but would if he could. I have sent him, the FBI, and several others copies of the BLUE blood coming from an entrance wound, none from 2 exits wounds, a inconclusive and actually negative GSR screen, proof of fraud and collaborative deception, and have been to hell and back in this maddening chase to expose this city and system for allowing crimes against humanity to go unannounced, while innocent people suffer from the hands of the very powers who took oaths before God and man to protect and serve!

So, here my family and I are coming forward to beg the media to help us to solve my brother's death, and expose a system of debauchery and evils that not only baffle the mind, but leaves you breathless and speechless! I have tried and done all that I can alone, and now have 2 months before the state can be held liable for not just one mans death, but expose a system that feeds off the helpless, then leaves them for dead!

So, I will say the purpose of this letter now is to also gain attention to the enumerable failures within the system, to right a countless injustice done to a plethora of lives that have been left completely devastated, and to make our government be held responsible and accountable for FAILING us the citizens, and the dead who have no voice but scream beyond their graves! The truth is worse than a nightmare because it is REAL and more HORRIFIC than you could ever
have imagined!

Never could I have guessed such wickedness by not just individuals, but extremely organized and calculated, and failed by the very country and leaders we so blindly put our hopes and faith into! My heart bleeds for the truth, and mourns those who have been so wickedly tortured! My brother and countless others did NOT die in vain, and I will be damned if I will let fear keep me from Justice For Jack, but JUSTICE For ALL!

Imagine instead, your child or loved one MURDERED, and not only does it take Law Enforcement over a YEAR to send ONE single report, they LIE to you from the beginning, and not only REFUSE to do any investigating, but fail to adhere to ANY role of conduct and protocol, then threaten you and LAUGH at you?!

Yes, I have the utmost sympathy for the team, but let us not forget just how many OTHER cases have been corrupted by the exact same system! WHAT has been done to answer and solve the murders of my brother, Janet Araboa, and Michelle Young?! What voices have they now they are dead?!
Where is the outrage, and public and media attention for our families?!

Nifong is by far the only knave on the long list of miscreant marauders who care nothing about rights of citizens, and care only for what is in "their" best interest! Wake up people and ask why the Department of Justice has not intervened, and why do our nations leaders just watch and do nothing about an abjectly corrupt and politically ran city?!

I never would have imagined what I now know, and am sick that nobody has taken our pleas, and heard our cries! Our loved ones not just dead, but murdered, and we will never see them hear them, or feel their touch ever again! Unfair?! Unjust?! Impossible?! The cesspool of corruption flows deep into a murky quagmire of wickedness that should expose our own government for allowing it to continue!

NOBODY deserves what mine and countless other families have endured, and for us I am begging the people and media to make a difference and care about all of the other serious matters that have fallen to the wayside for needless years!

Where IS the SBI report on my brother? Where is the details of what was done to his body and organs after he was killed? What was done to investigate his death? What was done to provide the family with documents and reports we should not just have public access to, but to every iota of information, as they closed his death as a "suicide" yet did no autopsy and lied they did?

What was done to my brother is so horrifically twisted and unreal that the city has gone out of it's way to not only deny him an investigation, but to hide facts, alter reports, and fail to adhere to any semblance of protocol?!
Where is the OUTRAGE for our family and others of unsolved and purposely neglected murders, just from 2005?!
Does anybody out here give a damn for us?!

Judge finds police slow giving notes to defense

RALEIGH - A Superior Court judge delayed a murder trial Monday after learning that a Raleigh police sergeant took nearly a year to type up notes from an interview with a suspect -- apparently in violation of North Carolina law.

The state's discovery laws, some of the nation's strictest, allow defendants and their lawyers full access to police and prosecution files and notes. The laws were strengthened in the 1990s and again after Durham District Attorney Mike Nifong's disputed handling of false rape accusations against three Duke lacrosse players.

The delay of Arthur Lee Gaines' trial came a few months after a similar incident in Johnston County and as prosecutors across the state are struggling to meet the demands of the discovery law.

At Monday's hearing, Judge Robert H. Hobgood criticized Sgt. J.J. Matthews for his delay in writing a summary of an interview that Matthews conducted June 13, 2007, with Nefta Wilson, a co-defendant of Gaines'. Copies of the notes weren't provided until June 6.

Wilson is cooperating with prosecutors in the first-degree murder trial of Gaines, who is charged with killing Damarkos Eugene Alan Thorpe, 30, on June 10, 2007.

"The court knows of no excuse for ... Matthews' failure to provide a copy," Hobgood said.

Matthews, a detective sergeant who heads a six-person squad on the city's major crimes unit and who has been with the department since 1993, was not in court and did not return a phone call seeking his comment. Raleigh police spokesman Jim Sughrue said the department had no comment.

Colon Willoughby, Wake's district attorney, said that Matthews and other Raleigh homicide detectives have been busy dealing with a recent jump in killings and that the report might have slipped their minds.

"The major crimes unit has had a lot more work to do recently," Willoughby said. "Homicides are up, and the pressure is on to solve new ones."

It's not known how the delay might affect the murder case, but Gaines' attorney, Karl Knudsen, said the delivery of nearly 150 pages of information from police and prosecutors two weeks before the trial contained new details that could change how he argues the case.

"These are precisely the type of things that our discovery laws were trying to prevent," Knudsen said.

Peg Dorer, director of the N.C. Conference of District Attorneys, said the requirements for district attorneys have been taxing, with prosecutors having to be responsible when police or others fail to hand over evidence.

"If something gets missed, even if its nonintentional, they're the ones that get called to the carpet," Dorer said.

For prosecutors, Dorer added, there is no guesswork now over which evidence must be handed over. All of it must be.

Ken Rose, a lawyer with the Center for Death Penalty Litigation, an anti-death penalty group based in Durham, said three people have been taken off North Carolina's death row since December because lawyers discovered exculpatory evidence that wasn't offered to defense attorneys at their trials.

Stubborn problems

Although North Carolina's laws have been toughened, Rose said problems persist in making sure they're followed. In March, a Superior Court judge called the conduct of the Johnston County district attorney's staff "egregious" for turning over 437 pages of evidence to a defense attorney just days before a murder trial started.

"It may be our best safeguard against convicting innocent people," Rose said. Police detectives, especially those who routinely investigate homicides, are trained to know that their notes should be handed over, Rose added.

The postponement of Gaines' trial is indefinite.

Gaines, 26, could face a life sentence if convicted of first-degree murder and has been held in jail since last June, after the death of Thorpe and the shooting of Michael Bradley, who survived the attack. Three other men were also charged in the shooting, including Wilson.

The SURVIVORS of this "hoax" are ALL of the families directly affected by the same cast of characters. What is unfolding is only the beginning of what the "Bull City" has to worry about. They KNOW the lawsuits are forthcoming, and think by "retiring" the posse they will somehow go unscathed, and everything is "A-OKAY, Southern style."

Everybody is passing off responsibility from one agency to the next, in a city where the history of corruption runs as deep as it's roots. Where is accountability from the Mayor, and all the way up the ladder? It is all a CLEAR cut case of conspiracy, and why the "FEDS" do not intervene is the BIG question!

The politics, companies, colleges, individuals with position, ALL run the city. The media again uses censorship, and even when they do make a "statement" are as brief as Crystal's thong the night the whole charade began. It is way past time for the PEOPLE to make a VERY loud noise, and INSIST on disclosure, and hold each person accountable for their sins!

Jail suicide prompts no policy changes

DURHAM -- Despite claims by inmates that a Durham County Jail prisoner spoke openly of suicidal tendencies and a discovery of suicide notes, officials say they received no such indications before the 27-year-old man ended his life.

And there are no plans for policy or structural changes at the jail, where fellow inmates found assault suspect Brian Lashand Rollins hanging from part of a window frame in his cell about 4 p.m. on Feb. 9. That was about 30 minutes after he'd last been seen alive, according to the report of his autopsy.

Days after the hanging death of Rollins, county leaders told The Herald-Sun they'd await the outcome of the Sheriff's Office investigation to determine if additional safety precautions were needed to ensure the jail was a safe place for its inmates.

According to Deputy County Manager Carolyn Titus, it is routine procedure for the Sheriff's Office to investigate a jailhouse death, ensure no foul play was involved and then recommend any adjustments that need to be made to the facility.

Titus said that the Sheriff's Office made no such recommendations and expressed confidence in the safety of inmates housed at the jail.

Rollins, a father of eight, was without a pulse when he was discovered. He was taken to Duke University Hospital, where he was declared brain dead the next morning and died a short time later.

He was found hanging from a window frame in his cell. But the Sheriff's Office says there is no need to adjust cells by removing items from which an inmate could be hanged. Sheriff's Office Investigator Tom Mellown, who investigated the case, said suicidal individuals can hang themselves from anything, so long as they can apply enough pressure to the neck to block the passage of air.

Yet in the past, the Sheriff's Office has requested money from the county to rid cells of vents based on the argument that the vents present a safety threat and an opportunity for hanging. Mellown, who as investigator has no part in budgeting, could not comment on those past requests, he said.

Mellown's criminal investigation into Rollins' death determined there was no foul play. From conversations with guards, jail employees and four or five inmates, Mellown determined there were no indications that the 27-year-old inmate was suicidal, he said.

One inmate did tell the investigator that Rollins never responded to him when he tried to chat with him from an adjacent cell. Another inmate told the investigator Rollins talked to him about wanting to end his life. But according to Mellown, the inmate said he never told any jail guards or officials of Rollins' intentions.

One inmate who was in the jail at the same time as Rollins told The Herald-Sun that, contrary to the Sheriff's Office's investigation, the troubled inmate told anyone who would listen that he wanted to end his life. But the guards, he claimed, were either too busy or didn't care and ignored Rollins' repeated pleas for help.

Rollins was distraught, the source said, over relationship issues involving a woman. Rollins was being held in the jail on a charge of assault on a female. His bond was $50,000. It was unclear whether the assault victim was the same woman with whom he was romantically involved.

According to the Sheriff's Office, no red flags arose during a 10-question psychological assessment that Rollins, like all inmates entering the jail, was subject to when he arrived at the facility Feb. 6.

Jail procedure calls for inmates to be administered the test only upon arrival, regardless of how long they are to be held in the jail. (AP) A leading medical firm has quietly recalled hundreds of human tissue products destined for transplants around the nation that were supplied by a North Carolina body parts broker believed to have a tainted history.
The broker used an unsterile embalming room to carve up dozens of corpses to procure tissue, a Raleigh funeral home director said Tuesday. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration shut down the body broker on Friday, but refuses to say how many people may have received potentially risky tissue.
It is the second scandal in less than a year in the booming tissue transplant industry. Cadaver tissue is used in more than a million transplants each year in such routine operations as back surgery and knee repairs. While such donated tissue does tremendous good, it is also little regulated, a three-month Associated Press investigation found earlier this year.
Improperly processed or poorly tested tissue can lead to infections like hepatitis or AIDS or even death. Last year a scandal unfolded around Biomedical Tissue Services, a New Jersey company accused of using stolen bodies and of shipping nearly 20,000 potentially tainted body parts.
Federal authorities kept the North Carolina episode quiet until late last Friday, when the FDA shut down Donor Referral Services of Raleigh, N.C. The FDA said the company, run by Philip Guyett, had “serious deficiencies” in its processing, donor screening and record-keeping. The government accused him of altering records to overlook such problems as cancer or drug use by the deceased donor.
But on July 6 the tissue provider, AlloSource of Centennial, Colo., began its own recall of about 300 Guyett-provided transplant parts that went to a company it had acquired, an AlloSource spokeswoman said Tuesday.
Guyett, 38, hung up on a reporter trying to reach him for comment on Friday.
The FDA won’t say how many potentially tainted body parts might have made it to hospitals for transplant. But two companies doing business with Guyett told The Associated Press Tuesday that they know of at least 60 bodies cut up and at least 300 body parts that were recalled. And those firms were not the only business associates that Guyett had, they said.
“This is something of the same magnitude at least of what we saw with Biomedical Tissue,” said former FDA top attorney and tissue safety expert Areta Kupchyk. “Many people could be affected. Even if it’s only 60 donors, that could affect hundreds of people.”
It’s still too early to tell how big the Guyett tissue scandal will be.
FDA spokeswoman Julie Zawisza would not comment on the recall or how many parts it involved.
“In specific instances where information has raised concerns about patient safety, FDA has worked with the firm that distributed the subject tissue to ensure that physicians are notified to inform patients and offer testing,” Zawisza said an e-mail to The Associated Press.
AlloSource began its own recall of tissue from 19 donor bodies provided by Guyett from 2002 to 2004, said Tipton Ford, chief of a company whose tissue transplant business was recently acquired by AlloSource.
But those parts from 19 bodies represent just a fraction of Guyett’s business. Larry Parker, president of Cremation Society of the Carolinas, a Raleigh funeral home, said Guyett paid him $1,000 for each of the roughly 60 donors the funeral home referred. Parker, who began seeking donor cadavers for Guyett in 2004, said he believed other funeral homes also dealt with Guyett.
“He did the recovery in our facility, in the embalming room. It is not a sterile facility. It was not built for tissue recovery,” said Parker, adding that he has been working with the FDA since the agency contacted him several weeks ago.
Tissue must be procured and processed under sterile conditions to avoid spreading infection to recipients. An industry group, the American Association of Tissue Banks, has highly detailed standards, but tissue banks are not required to belong, and Guyett and his company did not.
The body broker, Philip Guyett, appears to have a felony conviction from a previous tissue scandal in California.
A Philip Guyett with the same date of birth and other records that match the body broker in Raleigh pleaded no contest to a felony, embezzlement stemming from the willed body program he directed at an osteopathic college in Pomona, Calif., in the late 1990s, said Jane Robison, spokeswoman for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office.
In return, two other felony charges were dropped, she said. Guyett had been accused of selling a cadaver to another school and keeping the $1,100 payment. At that time, police raided a warehouse he used and found three freezers containing human heads and hearts.
He was fined and sentenced in April 2000, ordered to perform six months of community service and was given three years’ probation, Robison said.

Report: Easley press office ordered e-mails deleted

RALEIGH, N.C. -- State government public information officers were instructed by Gov. Mike Easley's press office to delete e-mails to and from the governor's office, according to notes released Saturday by the governor's office.

The News & Observer of Raleigh reported Saturday that Andrew A. Vanore Jr., a lawyer who works for Easley, produced notes made by two public information officers. The notes showed that they and others were told at a meeting on May 29, 2007, to destroy e-mails. A third public information officer said he also recalled those instructions.

But Vanore said the notes don't mean what they say. He also said the instructions were not followed.

Easley's chief legal counsel, Reuben F. Young, has been vacationing with his family in China and could not be reached for comment. Deputy press secretary Seth Effron has been instructed by Vanore not to comment.

Questions about the way the Easley administration handles e-mails arose after publication of an N&O series, "Mental Disorder: The Failure of Reform." The series reported on an ill-conceived and poorly executed mental health reform plan on which the state has wasted at least $400 million.

Two days after the series ended, Easley ordered the Department of Health and Human Services to fire its public information officer, Debbie Crane. Later that day, Crane told The N&O that the governor's press office had directed that e-mails be deleted to bypass the state's public records law.

Young and Effron quickly denied that such instructions had been given.

Julia Jarema, public information officer at the Department of Crime Control and Public Safety, recorded this note for the meeting in question: "Public records request -- increasing careful of email delete emails to/from gov. office every day."

Diana Kees, public information officer at the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, recorded this note: "emails - more & more public records requests (blogs?) be careful w/emails; delete emails to and from gov office every day."

Vanore said he did not know what the notes meant.

"It could be interpreted a number of different ways, and the only way to properly interpret it would be to talk to the individual who took the note," he said. But he said he had instructed all of the employees not to talk about that issue because the newspaper may file a lawsuit.

Vanore said the e-mail messages to and from the governor's press office were clear and irrefutable proof that there was no systematic intent to destroy e-mail.

Hugh Stevens, an attorney who represents The N&O, said the notes made by Jarema and Kees confirmed Crane's allegation.

"This sounds to me as though there was a concerted and willful attempt to evade the public records law by deleting the e-mails," he said. "I don't see how you can interpret it any other way."


Guess whose e-mails were deleted? OURS! I have had numerous people write to both Easley, and the Sheriff, for our case, and after being "blacklisted" from the county website and willingly negligent, here is more PROOF of the deliberate abuse of powers in public offices to purposely deny the public RIGHTS, and to perform MORE illegal and unconstitutional tactics to prevent being "OUTED!"

Jail suicide prompts no policy changes

DURHAM -- Despite claims by inmates that a Durham County Jail prisoner spoke openly of suicidal tendencies and a discovery of suicide notes, officials say they received no such indications before the 27-year-old man ended his life.

And there are no plans for policy or structural changes at the jail, where fellow inmates found assault suspect Brian Lashand Rollins hanging from part of a window frame in his cell about 4 p.m. on Feb. 9. That was about 30 minutes after he'd last been seen alive, according to the report of his autopsy.

Days after the hanging death of Rollins, county leaders told The Herald-Sun they'd await the outcome of the Sheriff's Office investigation to determine if additional safety precautions were needed to ensure the jail was a safe place for its inmates.

According to Deputy County Manager Carolyn Titus, it is routine procedure for the Sheriff's Office to investigate a jailhouse death, ensure no foul play was involved and then recommend any adjustments that need to be made to the facility.

Titus said that the Sheriff's Office made no such recommendations and expressed confidence in the safety of inmates housed at the jail.

Rollins, a father of eight, was without a pulse when he was discovered. He was taken to Duke University Hospital, where he was declared brain dead the next morning and died a short time later.

He was found hanging from a window frame in his cell. But the Sheriff's Office says there is no need to adjust cells by removing items from which an inmate could be hanged. Sheriff's Office Investigator Tom Mellown, who investigated the case, said suicidal individuals can hang themselves from anything, so long as they can apply enough pressure to the neck to block the passage of air.

Yet in the past, the Sheriff's Office has requested money from the county to rid cells of vents based on the argument that the vents present a safety threat and an opportunity for hanging. Mellown, who as investigator has no part in budgeting, could not comment on those past requests, he said.

Mellown's criminal investigation into Rollins' death determined there was no foul play. From conversations with guards, jail employees and four or five inmates, Mellown determined there were no indications that the 27-year-old inmate was suicidal, he said.

One inmate did tell the investigator that Rollins never responded to him when he tried to chat with him from an adjacent cell. Another inmate told the investigator Rollins talked to him about wanting to end his life. But according to Mellown, the inmate said he never told any jail guards or officials of Rollins' intentions.

One inmate who was in the jail at the same time as Rollins told The Herald-Sun that, contrary to the Sheriff's Office's investigation, the troubled inmate told anyone who would listen that he wanted to end his life. But the guards, he claimed, were either too busy or didn't care and ignored Rollins' repeated pleas for help.

Rollins was distraught, the source said, over relationship issues involving a woman. Rollins was being held in the jail on a charge of assault on a female. His bond was $50,000. It was unclear whether the assault victim was the same woman with whom he was romantically involved.

According to the Sheriff's Office, no red flags arose during a 10-question psychological assessment that Rollins, like all inmates entering the jail, was subject to when he arrived at the facility Feb. 6.

Jail procedure calls for inmates to be administered the test only upon arrival, regardless of how long they are to be held in the jail. But if an inmate reaches out for help or if jail employees notice an inmate acting in a way that demonstrates his or her psychological state has changed, they will be referred for reassessment.

It is beyond comprehension as to what was done to, and not to my brother! 3 years ago May 11, 2005 is the day the nightmare began for my only brother and family, when he was found executed 3 weeks before retiring from IBM in Durham NC. Words cannot begin to express the agony knowing he was not only beaten then executed, his body parts stolen, then what was "left" of him burned like an animal. No horror movie or nightmare could compare to the grisly reality that has touched not only my family, but many others as well!

Crimes against humanity exist 24/7 in every part of our globe, meanwhile our government not only knows and condones, it also participates in! I NEVER would have any clue of these awful truths had we not experienced and witnessed them, and is why I have gone public from right after my brother was killed, promised him, God, our mother, and others who too have been slain by hired hit men whom many are killed is by our own police. Murders, drugs, prostitution, sexual slavery, kidnapping, numerous crimes ending with trafficking of human organs, dead or alive.

There are reports by our own Government Accounting Office for many years telling the rise in this heinous reality, yet media will not touch it, and few are willing to come forward to expose because it is a "business" making billions of dollars to our broken country from the blood and souls of "strangers."

The global demand and profit by far exceeds any other criminal act where a kidney alone can fetch a million dollars. Half of India's population exists with only one, sold so they could live?! Where is the irony here?! Looking the other way only lets evil win, and these are truths that MUST be exposed!

I am personally begging whomever reads this to write to the Governor, and US Courts, and request action be taken to re-open my brother's death, and to help save lives! I alone cannot stop the endless cases of rape and slaughter, but "United" we can let our Government know that "WE" the people have rights, and acknowledge what is going on in again, not just our nation, but globally!

I know "The Powers That Be" do NOT want these horrific TRUTHS to see the light of day, and have been personally threatened with death. This is why I have gone public from the beginning, and have suffered and learned too much to look away and do nothing! I want JUSTICE for my most beloved brother, who was such an integral center of our family that has been completely destroyed. Nothing will bring Jack, or any of the innocents, but going public and yelling from the rooftops can start a chain of events that will lead to change and become aware of what is REALLY going on in our OWN Government! You will be not only shocked, you will be speechless!

I only wished what I am saying was a lie and a bad dream, but the reality is the brutal truth, and no words to describe the torment and rage that we all are indeed worth more dead than alive. Sister of my dearest friend Allen Jackson Croft Jr, who was found executed May 11, 2005 under a trestle in Durham North Carolina. He lived at 106 Carlion in Durham, and was only 3 weeks from retiring when he was "suddenly" found executed and "staged" to look like a suicide. Law Enforcement have fought us, threatened to charge me for harassment, neglected countless requests to every department and official in the state, and in Washington, and have been left like a dog chasing it's own tail, and enough is enough! I am planning to hold a rally here in Cleveland at my Justice Center in the next few weeks, to protest the resistance of the government to not only send us facts and documents of my brothers death, supposedly obtainable under the FOIA which we requested countless times, and wrote as well.



This has been 3 years of hell fighting to glean what I have gathered, and with NO help by government! The FACTS I have will prove tampering with evidence, obstructing justice, gross negligence, and crimes under the RICO statutes that we are praying will bring down a system not only rife with corruption, but sunken in the quagmire of evil!



I post my blogs here for my safety, and my family, to expose the "system" for allowing these crimes not only to continue, but to overflow! The facts are of massive and deep corruption to the very core of government to evade and avoid murders and trafficking of humans for not only prostitution, but for organs as well!



What this "business" details, is like a family tree of trickle down to all of the companies involved with tissues and body parts as part of their profits! From money banks to tissue banks, hospitals, chemical and pharmaceutical companies, stock corporations, and countless others all making money off of the bodies of others! This is a grisly and shocking reality that is far long in the making to continue to hide!



Innocent people are being slaughtered each day to supply the global demand for body parts, and these people are not waiting in hospitals on dialysis waiting for some poor bloke to pass on his organs from a automobile accident, they are "supplied" black market, with open access and knowledge of our elected officials and entities such as the FBI, CIA, Homeland Security, Comptroller of Currency, and scores more.



The lid on Pandora's box is a bloody one, and each drop shed came at a great price! I hope to see this gruesome reality exposed all the way to the Supreme Court, and will not go to my grave silent while innocents are brutally slaughtered like animals, for the price of filthy lucre and the back of another's poor soul!



I NEVER would have imagined such to be true until investigating my brothers murder, when we were told his organs were taken, yet he was never a donor, and his death never investigated, but hidden and purposely covered up!



I am public so that I do not end up dead as a result of an "accident" or "suicide!" We all know these things also happen, and as insane as the whole truth of this matter is, it is just that, THE TRUTH!



I have many details to tweak, and will post the definite date once I have all of my ducks in a row! Until then, please continue to remember not just my family, but all of the families, and for our world!

I have been screaming all along that my brother was murdered, and "they" do not want me to see them caught, and is who sent the trojan that wiped out my hard-drive after hacking me and going through my e=mail.

I spoke to David Saacks assistant Sheila Easton today, as she was calling on his behalf (he was dodging me after my recent posts) and I told her I was sick of being given the run around, his lame excuses as District Attorney for Durham NC which is where my brother lived, worked and died.

I informed her of my plan to have a rally to protest the corruption, and is my intention to see ALL of the guilty held accountable, and prosecuted to the fullest measure of the law, as it is a clear case of conspiracy to not only with-hold evidence, obstruct justice, tampering with evidence, destroying evidence, plus doing NOTHING to protocol as we were lied to from the beginning about many facts such as the bullet being a 9 mm when his gun was supposed to be loaded with 357 ammunition, (which I do have photographs and evidence I have managed to glean and copied to discs and left with several people for "safety.") and doing an autopsy when they didn't do one which is LAW, and we REQUESTED and was told one WAS done, and wasn't. The GSR results came back as being "positive for residue (half his head was blown off, so of course there will be residue on his body and clothes, and in fact SHOULD be present on ANYTHING within at least 10 feet of the area of the weapon being discharged)
but NOT "diagnostic?!?!" In other words, there wasn't enough on his hands to be "POSITIVE!"
Which translates into he did NOT fire the weapon, and on the right side of his head when he was COMPLETELY left handed!

There are many FACTS that Law Enforcement and the legal system from the Medical Examiner, the District Attorney, Governor, and a crew have denied and refused to tell the TRUTH, and willfully are guilty of obstructing justice and covering up his death!

I told Ms Easton that I hold the DA responsible, and like his predecessor, the nefarious Mike Nifong, are both guilty of negligence involving crimes, and I will see him held accountable and punished for conspiracy, then she hung up on me! This is NOT funny, nor a joke, and I do not want to end up "dead" like sooooo many others for speaking out, blowing the whistle off the chain, and doing everything I possibly can to obtain JUSTICE for my brother, and other's lives who have also been taken by deeds that WILL be exposed, and they KNOW and REFUSE to do anything, and look the other way at crimes against HUMANITY!

Since posting the links of the CIA and other governmental agencies, and numerous companies who profit from these "racketeering" crimes, I have been attacked with hackers, my mail being gone through numerous times daily, and am quite sure my home phone, and my mother's is being tapped.

Now, I just happened to be doing my usual "research" of WHO is watching the political blog site LieStoppers where I posted about Jack's murder and organ stealing to PROVE the connections, I came across these 2 individuals doing a Google search of me, among others going through my e-mail which I save with their ISP numbers, but delete here so that I do not break any laws to leave THEM computer vulnerable, and here is who was watching me as of an hour ago.....

Not to mention countless countries from Bahrain, to Russia, the Ukraine, China, Mexico, Isreal, Nicaragua, France, UK, Africa, Germany, and many others, also compaines from Delta Airlines to Insurance Companies, Stock Groups, Medical Laboratories, Car Companies, Tissue Banks, numerous colleges, MAJOR Hospitals ( that just so happen to do transplants) and others who benefit from black market organ stealing and murders! THESE are FACTS!

So, to sum up this post, there are MANY people who do NOT want to see the TRUTHS be exposed, and prefer I would be dead! Co-defendant plays blame game in body-parts trial

Besides the gruesome details of bodies being chopped up for profit, the September body-parts trial of three Philadelphia funeral-home operators is expected to include finger-pointing by one of the co-defendants against the two others.
Defense attorney Glenn Zeitz, who represents operator James McCafferty, 38, said in court yesterday that any illegal harvesting of body parts at Liberty Cremation Inc., in Kensington, had been "done without his [McCafferty's] knowledge and approval."

"What was done there was done by the co-defendants," Zeitz said. "I'm going to have to point the finger at the co-defendants."

The co-defendants - brothers Gerald Garzone, 48, and Louis Garzone, 65 - owned two-thirds of Liberty Cremation, Zeitz said, while his client, with one-third interest, had "no controlling interest" and had "tried to pull out unsuccessfully" from the business.

Zeitz yesterday tried to sever his client's trial from the Garzones' in Common Pleas Court.

As reported in the Daily News yesterday, Michael Mastromarino, 44, the owner of now-defunct Biomedical Tissue Services of Fort Lee, N.J., and the alleged mastermind of the multimillion-dollar scam to harvest diseased body parts of 244 Philadelphians, is expected to enter an open guilty plea here after he is sentenced in Brooklyn on May 21.

Assistant District Attorney Bruce Sagel said in court yesterday that he expects to ask the judge to sentence Mastromarino on the two leading charges of operating a corrupt organization and conspiracy. Prosecutors, therefore, will not expect him to plead guilty on all 1,725 counts, some of which will be merged or dropped.

Arguing against Zeitz's motion to sever, Sagel said that McCafferty and the Garzone brothers had been partners "not just in crime, but in cremation. . . . They sent the bodies together; they recovered the money together."

Sagel also contended that McCafferty wanted to get out of Liberty Cremation "because he wasn't getting enough money. . . . He wanted to get more money!"

Judge Glenn Bronson denied Zeitz's motion to sever, saying that the finger-pointing argument was not enough to require a severance at trial.

Sagel also asked the judge to order the Garzones and McCafferty, who are out on bail, to surrender their passports. Sagel acknowledged that there was no indication they would not show up for trial, but it's "better to be safe than sorry."

McCafferty told the judge he does not own a passport. The Garzone brothers agreed to surrender theirs to their lawyers.

The judge made clear he "will try them in absentia" if they flee.

Mastromarino's top "cutter," Lee Cruceta, has already pleaded guilty here and in New York.

The body-parts scandal shocked the nation and those who had loved ones' bodies handled by Liberty Cremation or Garzone Funeral Home Inc.

Agnes Folger, who was in court yesterday, said afterward that she believes that the body parts of her husband Joseph Folger, had been stolen by the Garzones. Joseph Folger, a World War II veteran, died in 2004 at age 81.

BioMedical Tissue Services Scandal
Biomedical Tissue Services (BTS) proprietor Michael Mastromarino has been accused of stealing body parts from approximately 1,077 cadavers without relatives’ permission from more than 30 funeral homes. Mr. Mastromarino then sold the unscreened tissue for profits, and forged documents to cover his tracks. In February 2006, the Brooklyn District Attorney in a 122-count indictment charged Mastromarino and three additional workers.

New York Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly stated in February 2006 that investigators had identified funeral homes in northern New Jersey, New York and one in Philadelphia had taken part in the body snatching. An ex- Biomedical Tissue worker told the Philadelphia Daily News in a February 2006 interview that he made approximately a dozen trips to the Louis Garzone Funeral Home in late 2004. During these trips, Kevin Vickers, the ex-Biomedical Tissue Services (BTS) worker said two to three bodies were harvested during each trip.

Authorities in New York have dug up more than a dozen bodies to verify that parts were illegally harvested. In some instances plastic hardware-store tubing would found as replacements to bones. It is believed that funeral home operators accepted money from the BioMedical Tissue Services (BTS) in exchange for ignoring obviously forged death certificates and consent forms. The body parts and tissue in question have been distributed throughout the country and used in thousands of operations.

Biomedical Tissue Services sold these illegal body parts to several large companies including Lifecell Corp., Regeneration Technologies, Inc., Tutogen Medical, Inc., SpinalGraft Technologies, LLC, Lost Mountain Tissue Bank and The Blood & Tissue Center of Central Texas. The FDA and most of the companies involved have not disclosed the number of patients that received the untested parts and tissue.

I am writing upon behalf of the Fleming family regarding the death of their family member's death, Allen Jackson Croft Jr on May 11, 2005 at 106 Carlion Court, Durham NC. I am requesting there be an Internal Affairs Investigation at the state level of corruption and abuses in office regarding Mr Croft's death, and further request you release to them all information available under the FOIA, and Public Record's Laws that they have requested numerous times and have been denied, and to re-open his case!

This is a complete disgrace to our country, Mr Croft and his family and loved ones, and as a human being find it appalling and frightening to be denied information and justice by the government of the United States Of America. I ask that you resolve this forthwith, and without haste.

My daughter is my number one interest! She is amazingly smart, and beautiful! My life would be nothing without her! And as for things I love, would be books, first editions are a must. Metal fan for too many years, but also into and all styles of music, including folk, country, hip-hop, classical, and instrumentals. I am a cancer SURVIVOR, hairdresser, into photography, writing, and not afraid to step outside the box. I am very independent, fight for what I believe in, and could care less what other people think. I have been a fan of heavy metal for many years, met a lot of bands, and love turning people on to different styles of music. It is just cool to talk about life, and what is real...We only have one life, one world, and it is up to each of us to make it happen, and to reach out and make a difference. Dear Governor Easley,

I am writing on behalf and in support of the Fleming family, regarding the death of their family member, Allen Jackson Croft, Jr. , on May 11, 2005 at 106 Carlion Court, Durham NC.

It is completely incongruous that Jack Croft would commit suicide 3 weeks before his retirement from IBM. The story coming out of the Sheriff's office in Durham lacks credibility on its face. Moreover, no investigator has come up with a plausible reason for this conclusion -- that it is a case of suicide -- case closed!
It is a small wonder, that the family is requesting all the information through the Freedom of Information Act.

We are a society of free people. We place power in the hands of our government officials and expect them to perform in the interest of justice for all the people.
When an apparent injustice, such as the Croft case, happens, then the people have an absolute right to get the information on the case and make a determination of whether the Sheriff's office acted with a sense of responsibility and a sense of service to the principles of justice or whether it has been acting on some other agenda.

I add my voice to the family's request that you demand those responsible to release to the Croft family and their attorneys all information available under the F.O.I.A., and Public Records Laws. The family has requested this information numerous times and has so far been denied. It is your duty to ensure their rights to access this information, unless it can be demonstrated that this case involves the interests of national security. The state is the first refuge of the people from abuseive government at the local level.

I am also requesting there be an state Internal Affairs Investigation of corruption and abuses at Durham County Sheriff''s office specifically regarding Mr. Croft's death. If county officials have acted negligently or against the interests of justice in this case, it is your duty as a representative of the public trust, at the state level, to admit the public trust was violated at the local level, hold responsible those accountable, and work to ensure the public trust is restored and not violated again. To do otherwise is to attempt to cover-up injustices that have been done to the people at the local level-- and where does that lead a free society?

The Department of Justice at the state level has a purpose: to preserve justice among the people and for the people. When that purpose is violated, as in the Croft case, it must be immediately corrected. Not to do so, is to prolong an injustice -- which is oppressive government: an oppressive government definitely prolongs injustices that the people have to suffer.

Governor Easley, you have the power to move to correct an injustice now or allow an oppression to continue. There is no middle way. You must choose. I trust you will choose to uphold the trust the public has placed in you. Please join us. We are a growing number of people seeking justice for Jack Croft.

In North Carolina, it turns out that three members of Gov. Easley’s staff regularly deleted their e-mails. The e-mails that they deleted might be important public records.

Last month, Gov. Easley told the News & Observer that although these staff members “thought” they had been told by Renee Hoffman, the governor’s press secretary, to destroy these public records, that Thank Goodness, none of them actually did. Or, as he put it,

“The good news is, in spite of all that, they all kept their stuff like they were supposed to. They all followed the [correct] policy.”

The newspaper came to believe that this wasn’t the case, and that potentially important e-mails had been deleted:

By comparing the volume of e-mails that the three staff members did save in March 2008 to the volume that they saved in the previous year.
By comparing the e-mails they turned over in response to an open records request to copies of e-mails that the newspaper obtained in some cases independently.
The News & Observer has filed a lawsuit against the administration; Andrew Vanore, the governor’s counsel, is looking forward to waging a vigorous defense paid for by the taxpayers of North Carolina.

I can tell you whose e-mails were also deleted and have continually been deleted, sent back as Spam, and ignored. My brother, Allen Jackson Croft Jr. was found executed May 11, 2005 in Durham, ruled a suicide and cremated 2 days later. It has taken me almost 4 years to glean what documents I have gathered, but have been, and still am denied the documents, etc regarding his death, as we suspect and maintain he was murdered and staged as a suicide. If his case is considered closed, then why have the Sheriff’s Office, the Durham PD, DA, OCME, SBI, and State fought us so hard to conceal information from us, his family?
I have contacted the Governor, AG, DA and every other official, and still being denied information! I have had family and friends make e-mail requests, which we have saved, and have been ignored or sent back as Spam. I am currently seeking an attorney and help from media to expose the massive corruption, and am calling for a Federal Investigation into these matters.

This is for June Tuning Croft, her family, law enforcement, the government, the countless people and companies in my e-mail, and any other miscreant involved with Jack's murder, body snatching, and cover-up....



You SHALL be not only exposed, you will also be punished and suffer greatly for what you have done! You brutally took his life, body and every earthly possession, but you did NOT kill his memory or his soul!



I made a promise to him, God, our mother and family, that I would not end in my quest until the truth is told, laws are changed, and lives saved! Jack was the person we all wish we could be, he was the ruler in which we measured our lives. He stood for everything decent and good. He was not just brilliant, compassionate, kind, hilarious, and strong, he was and always will be a hero to us all!



Men like him are not made, but fashioned from birth. Our Lord blessed us with a man that impacted not just our family, but each life he came in touch with, he was an eagle among sparrows, he did NOT live and die in vain!



As sure as the morning sun, so is our prayers and faith that God will turn this tragedy into triumph, and goodness shall come from so much evil! July 28th would have been Jack's 50th birthday, and even though he will not be "here" to see it, we are!



The time has come the walrus said to talk of many things! Memories of childhood dreams, star filled skies filled with laughter. These are the things he gave to us, and God gave him his wings!

This is a copy of the last letter I plan to send to the District Attorney of Durham, North Carolina, David J. Saacks to compel him to release his file of my brother's death which they have fought us over almost 4 horrendous years....

Mr. Saacks,

I am making an official request to have you mail my mother and I a copy of your COMPLETE "review" of my brother's death. INCLUDING any and all notes, and all of the documentation, video, etc. under the FOIA, Public Record's Laws, and as Next Of Kin.

This case has been denied justice far too long, and as you recently told me by phone you do not plan on re-opening the case, and since it is a closed case, we request you send us your file ASAP. I cannot "thank you" for the past 2 years, as we fully plan to prove Jack was murdered, and that the state of NC has deliberately conspired to conceal it, and have obstructed justice far too long! We are prepared to take this case all the way to the Supreme Court to ensure laws will be changed, and lives saved!

This is the USA, and WE the PEOPLE, as humans and citizens have rights, in which your office, the Governor of NC, SBI, FBI, the Durham OCME, Police Dept, Sheriff Dept, and others have deliberately conspired to with-hold justice, so I am compelling your office to release all documentation you have to us.

Hold on, what I have to expose concerning the cover-up by LE, OCME, and the State of NC will have heads rolling and there WILL be a Federal Investigation into the politics of corruption that have conspired to conceal a homicide, and a VERY long list of people involved WILL be charged with CONSPIRACY! I have just made the last requests for documents that I am going to make. Even the Governor has implicated himself by trying to "start trouble" for a Marine friend of mine, who simply did as many of my family and friends have done, which was requesting under the FOIA, the FACTS of how my brother was KILLED!

Mr. Sleasley had our requests sent back as Spam, then went to work contacting the DOD to trace this person who is serving over-seas, which resulted in being summoned to 2 "Hearings?!"

I have EVERY intention to see all of this become public, and expose the crimes that have persisted too long, while wasted years, and millions of dollars spent in this "rape farce!"

Yes, there was a rape, but it wasn't CGM, it was Lady Justice!

Fallen prosecutor Mike Nifong filed a document this week asking again for a federal judge to send back to bankruptcy court the lawsuit that three exonerated Duke lacrosse players filed against him.

In mid-September, the three plaintiffs -- Dave Evans, Collin Finnerty and Reade Seligmann -- asked a judge to keep their malicious prosecution claims against Nifong in federal civil court.

The lawyers have been arguing back and forth -- mostly in briefs -- for months about which court should hear the claims. As time has progressed, the tone of the arguments — and the expressions of indignation — have grown sharper.

“In their argument in Bankruptcy Court, and to an extent in their brief here, counsel for the three young men have disclaimed interest in money,” Jim Craven, the Durham lawyer representing Nifong, wrote in the most recent filing.

“What they seek from Mike Nifong, we are told, is accountability. They forget, or choose to ignore, that Mike Nifong has been removed from office, has been disbarred, and was a 24-hour guest at the Durham County Jail. Yet now they want him held accountable? They already have all they will ever get from him, and if they don’t understand that, their counsel do.”

Craven went on: “Their method of attack is a most torturned analysis of the line of cases we rely on, coupled with their righteous indignation we have become accustomed to since this case began, with adjectival surplus.”

In January, Nifong filed for bankruptcy protection, a legal manuever that put the civil cases against him on hold. In May, William L. Stocks, chief bankruptcy judge for the federal district that includes Durham, ruled that Nifong would not be able to hide in bankruptcy court from the malicious prosecution claims and sent the case back to federal district court.

Nifong appealed Stock’s decision in August.




The entire saga is a circus! Nifong's lawyer has the nerve to say what he did is laughable, and to ask further, "Now they want him accountable?" Is this guy for real? Just as Nifong's one day sentence and arrogance, what more would one expect? His tactics juvenile and self serving, and he has yet to take responsibility, AND accountability! The roots of this case reaches more than the LAX case. What about the unsolved murders, and other crimes in office that have been pushed under the rug while this parade marches on? Cost?! What a disgrace!

The COST is the TRUST of the people, and if his rail-roading tactics and those of his cronies were not enough to show the world that is was a CONSPIRACY on behalf of many in office to with-hold the truth, and for political and profitable gain!

I am calling for a Federal Investigation into the judicial system of Durham, and look forward to seeing a lot of the corruption to see the light of day, and to have JUSTICE for my family, and every family, not in just Durham, but everywhere! As citizens who cannot buy an attorney to play political ping-pong for years, we advocate for our "Government" to step up to the plate and restore some law and order. Clearly, Durham has many failures, but when it comes to matters of life and death, these matters must take preminace and be dealt with NOW!

The suit against Nifong is not about money, but about JUSTICE, and since that word is foreign to him and Durham, the families want avenged, and taking away a few belongings are not going to recompense what they, and we have endured. What price can be placed on freedom and life?!

The letter you sent of denial is unconstitutional, and to say you are not sure of the laws, and manner of death, shows you to be incompetent, and deliberately deceitful.

§ 132‑1.4. Criminal investigations; intelligence information records; Innocence Inquiry Commission records.
(a)Records of criminal investigations conducted by public law enforcement agencies, records of criminal intelligence information compiled by public law enforcement agencies, and records of investigations conducted by the North Carolina Innocence Inquiry Commission, are not public records as defined by G.S. 132‑1. Records of criminal investigations conducted by public law enforcement agencies or records of criminal intelligence information may be released by order of a court of competent jurisdiction.
(b)As used in this section:
(1)"Records of criminal investigations" means all records or any information that pertains to a person or group of persons that is compiled by public law enforcement agencies for the purpose of attempting to prevent or solve violations of the law, including information derived from witnesses, laboratory tests, surveillance, investigators, confidential informants, photographs, and measurements.
(2)"Records of criminal intelligence information" means records or information that pertain to a person or group of persons that is compiled by a public law enforcement agency in an effort to anticipate, prevent, or monitor possible violations of the law.
(3)"Public law enforcement agency" means a municipal police department, a county police department, a sheriff's department, a company police agency commissioned by the Attorney General pursuant to G.S. 74E‑1, et seq., and any State or local agency, force, department, or unit responsible for investigating, preventing, or solving violations of the law.
(4)"Violations of the law" means crimes and offenses that are prosecutable in the criminal courts in this State or the United States and infractions as defined in G.S. 14‑3.1.
(5)"Complaining witness" means an alleged victim or other person who reports a violation or apparent violation of the law to a public law enforcement agency.
(c)Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, and unless otherwise prohibited by law, the following information shall be public records within the meaning of G.S. 132‑1.
(1)The time, date, location, and nature of a violation or apparent violation of the law reported to a public law enforcement agency.
(2)The name, sex, age, address, employment, and alleged violation of law of a person arrested, charged, or indicted.
(3)The circumstances surrounding an arrest, including the time and place of the arrest, whether the arrest involved resistance, possession or use of weapons, or pursuit, and a description of any items seized in connection with the arrest.
(4)The contents of "911" and other emergency telephone calls received by or on behalf of public law enforcement agencies, except for such contents that reveal the name, address, telephone number, or other information that may identify the caller, victim, or witness.
(5)The contents of communications between or among employees of public law enforcement agencies that are broadcast over the public airways.
(6)The name, sex, age, and address of a complaining witness.
(d)A public law enforcement agency shall temporarily withhold the name or address of a complaining witness if release of the information is reasonably likely to pose a threat to the mental health, physical health, or personal safety of the complaining witness or materially compromise a continuing or future criminal investigation or criminal intelligence operation. Information temporarily withheld under this subsection shall be made available for release to the public in accordance with G.S. 132‑6 as soon as the circumstances that justify withholding it cease to exist. Any person denied access to information withheld under this subsection may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction for an order compelling disclosure of the information. In such action, the court shall balance the interests of the public in disclosure against the interests of the law enforcement agency and the alleged victim in withholding the information. Actions brought pursuant to this subsection shall be set down for immediate hearing, and subsequent proceedings in such actions shall be accorded priority by the trial and appellate courts.
(e)If a public law enforcement agency believes that release of information that is a public record under subdivisions (c)(1) through (c)(5) of this section will jeopardize the right of the State to prosecute a defendant or the right of a defendant to receive a fair trial or will undermine an ongoing or future investigation, it may seek an order from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent disclosure of the information. In such action the law enforcement agency shall have the burden of showing by a preponderance of the evidence that disclosure of the information in question will jeopardize the right of the State to prosecute a defendant or the right of a defendant to receive a fair trial or will undermine an ongoing or future investigation. Actions brought pursuant to this subsection shall be set down for immediate hearing, and subsequent proceedings in such actions shall be accorded priority by the trial and appellate courts.
(f)Nothing in this section shall be construed as authorizing any public law enforcement agency to prohibit or prevent another public agency having custody of a public record from permitting the inspection, examination, or copying of such public record in compliance with G.S. 132‑6. The use of a public record in connection with a criminal investigation or the gathering of criminal intelligence shall not affect its status as a public record.
(g)Disclosure of records of criminal investigations and criminal intelligence information that have been transmitted to a district attorney or other attorney authorized to prosecute a violation of law shall be governed by this section and Chapter 15A of the General Statutes.
(h)Nothing in this section shall be construed as requiring law enforcement agencies to disclose the following:
(1)Information that would not be required to be disclosed under Chapter 15A of the General Statutes; or
(2)Information that is reasonably likely to identify a confidential informant.
(i)Law enforcement agencies shall not be required to maintain any tape recordings of "911" or other communications for more than 30 days from the time of the call, unless a court of competent jurisdiction orders a portion sealed.
(j)When information that is not a public record under the provisions of this section is deleted from a document, tape recording, or other record, the law enforcement agency shall make clear that a deletion has been made. Nothing in this subsection shall authorize the destruction of the original record.
(k)The following court records are public records and may be withheld only when sealed by court order: arrest and search warrants that have been returned by law enforcement agencies, indictments, criminal summons, and nontestimonial identification orders.
(l)Records of investigations of alleged child abuse shall be governed by Article 29 of Chapter 7B of the General Statutes. (1993, c. 461, s. 1; 1998‑202, s. 13(jj); 2006‑184, s. 7.)

This case has been denied justice far too long, and as you recently told me by phone you do not plan on re-opening the case, and since it is a closed case, we request you send us your file ASAP. I cannot "thank you" for the past 2 years, as we fully plan to prove Jack was murdered, and that the state of NC has deliberately conspired to conceal it, and have obstructed justice far too long! We are prepared to take this case all the way to the Supreme Court to ensure laws will be changed, and lives saved!

I am writing to the press for help my family and many others who have been denied documents about how their family member died. The laws in most states gives complete authority to the spouse, and the family has NO rights to know how their child, sibling, etc, died?!
I have made thousands of calls and e-mails to every official imaginable, and have been put off by each and have fought like hell to receive what I have. I have asked for a Federal Investigation into the corruption in Durham, North Carolina to conceal proof that my brother was murdered, staged as a suicide, and all of the governing agencies had proof of murder, and not only did nothing, have conspired to keep us from getting the information to prove it.
After over 3 years I have gleaned enough evidence, and am pleading to the media for help!

WHAT REALLY HAPPENED TO THE DC MADAM

On May 1, 2008, Deborah Jeane Palfrey, known in the mainstream press as the DC Madam, was reported to have hanged herself in a shed in the back yard of her mothers home. A suicide note was found. Palfrey’s note used a number of clichéd expressions, strangely including modern day lynching, a darkly ironic reference to her impending manner of death, and also apparently referring to the extremely selective enforcement - they tried to destroy her life, while sparing all of the politically powerful elite who used her services - that found her guilty in federal court of racketeering and money laundering in connection with her operation of an escort service that catered to Washington insiders. The trial’s verdict received little press coverage, and a scheduled Louisiana Senator David Vitter, who was admittedly one of her clients, was never subpoenaed. Palfrey was scheduled to be sentenced in late-July for her convictions. Among her reported clients were current GOP presidential contender John McCain, Senator Vitter, former AIDS Czar Randall Tobias - the scandal led to his resignation from his State Department position, Dick Morris, military strategist Harlan Ullman - creator of the concept of "shock and awe", and Vice President Dick Cheney. Then came the May 1st hanging. It was presented as a suicide from the first mention with no investigation. Like so many other stories with incriminating ties to the elite, it vanished from the headlines as quickly as it appeared.
Palfrey's alleged fear of being sentenced to 6-8 years behind bars was supposedly the main reason for her suicide. However, this does not correlate with the expectations of the vast majority of legal analysts who expected Palfrey to receive a sentence of 2-3 years. Palfrey certainly knew this, since she graduated from Rollins College with a degree in criminal justice, and attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Just a few days before her death, Palfrey herself said that "she was preparing for federal prison. She believed that she would get time off of her sentence for good behavior. She also thought that she might buy a place in Germany one day," according to a Baltimore Sun report. Palfrey's supposed fear that she would be "penniless" upon leaving jail does not correlate with the fact that she was in line to make millions for a best-selling tell-all memoir that was in the pipeline, not to mention Hollywood movies, documentaries, speaking tours and TV guest appearances. Even the establishment media mouthpiece The Washington Post conceded that, "There would have been book deals, movies, forgiveness, and VIP tickets to charity balls," upon Palfrey's release. Palfrey KNEW that Hollywood movies and book deals were waiting to transform her into a MULTI-MILLIONAIRE for telling all. Palfrey would have probably spent two years in a virtual country club in exchange for living a life of luxury and never having to work another day for the rest of her life upon release, and SHE KNEW THAT!.

In 2007 Palfrey turned over years-long call lists to ABC News correspondent Brian Ross for his staff to verify for a story on ABC's 20/20. It was a story that ABC never aired. Could Brian Ross, now elevated in the ABC ranks, answer the most basic questions about the DC Madam story that never was? Mr. Ross may wonder himself if Palfrey’s death was self-inflicted or a torturous murder, but as long as he withholds the secrets of the lists, he’s probably safe from harm. Dick Cheney’s McLean, VA phone number, reported earlier, was summarily un-reported after the turnaround by ABC News. ABC anchor Sam Donaldson had also been a rumored client, along with a law partner of Rudy Giuliani, associates of Jack Abramoff and many more Pentagon, DC and corporate insiders on the list of over 10,000 numbers. According to close associates, there were more Democrats on Palfrey's list than Republicans. But after Cheney turned up on the list, the story, already on the ABC website and poised to run on 20/20, suddenly went away. No explanation was offered as to why ABC reversed itself. Any mention of Cheney was scrubbed from their website and the 20/20 piece never ran. The mainstream press continued to carry the DC Madam story without mentioning Cheney, excepting DC blogsman Wayne Madsen, who says his reporting was corroborated by multiple sources.

THE STORY THAT NEVER AIRED: PALFREY WITH BRIAN ROSS
Joe Strizack, the manager of an Orlando condo building where Deborah Palfrey owned a unit disputed the alleged suicide notes that were published in the media after witnessing examples of her handwriting going back years. Strizack concluded, "That is not her signature. She could sign her signature a hundred times and it would be identical," Strizack told NBC news. While forensic analysis and comparison possibly could have proved whether or not Palfrey wrote the suicide letters, which is doubtful, it may not have ruled out murder, as political assassinations made to look like suicides are sometimes covered-up by forcing the victim to write a suicide note under threat of harm coming to their family. Many of the reasons indicated in the letters contradicted Palfrey’s stated attitude towards her impending court date and potentially serving time in prison. There were four recorded public statements by Palfrey attesting to the fact that she would never commit suicide, and if she was found dead to immediately suspect murder. Despite these on-the-record statements, the majority of the corporate media ignored each one and instead gave credence to an unverified claim of a professional conspiracy debunker who had been caught fabricating statements in the past.
Strizack maintained that Palfrey’s demeanor immediately before she allegedly took her own life betrayed no sign that she was contemplating suicide. "Monday morning a woman tells you that she’s afraid for her life, she told me several instances where people were following her, and Thursday she’s dead," Strizack said. "What do you think? If someone would put a hit out for her and if someone wanted something done they could do it." "She insinuated that there is a contract out for her and I fully believe they succeeded." Strizack also revealed that Palfrey had told him that her client list went “from the White House on down.” Palfrey told Strizack her clients consisted of “a lot of influential people” from both political parties. Palfrey left for her mother’s house with some suitcases and a box. "She had one white paper file box that she told me had some important papers, all the information that she had on her business in Washington." If Palfrey was planning to commit suicide just three days later then why did she leave with several suitcases and a box of files? According to an AP report, "Blanche Palfrey, her mother, had no sign that her daughter was suicidal, and there was no indication that alcohol or drugs were involved. Palfrey stated on at least two programs, including the Alex Jones Show, that she would ‘never commit suicide, also telling Jones privately to suspect murder if she were found dead. These statements correlate with accounts from both Strizack and Palfrey’s mother indicating that she was not suicidal.

PALFREY'S LIST REPORTEDLY INCLUDED DICK CHENEY AND JOHN MCCAIN
Dr. Jon R. Thogmartin, the Medical Examiner for Pinellas County, and his staff, were responsible for performing the autopsy on Jeanne Palfrey, and ruled it a suicide. Thogmartin and his staff are also the ones who determined in 2005 that Terri Schiavo, the brain damaged woman whose feeding tube was removed by court order, was a vegetable and "blind", despite the video we saw that clearly showed otherwise. Thogmartin refused to allow any other medical examiner or forensic pathologist to observe Schiavo's autopsy, common professional courtesy. Thogmartin is also the one who agreed with the provably corrupt Medical Examiner Charles Siebert, who ruled that Martin Lee Anderson, the 14-year-old boy who died at the Bay County Boot Camp in Florida, had died of complications from sickle cell trait. However, a second autopsy performed by Hillsborough medical examiner Vernard Adams following an exhumation indicated that the teen didn't die from natural causes but rather as the result of suffocation at the hands of the boot camp guards who had shoved ammonia capsules up the boy's nose, blocked the boy's mouth and forced him to inhale the ammonia that caused his vocal chords to spasm, blocking his airway. Seven guards and a nurse were arrested and charged with aggravated manslaughter in Anderson's death. To say that those responsible for the results of Palfrey's autopsy were compromised would be a massive understatement. Laughable would be more accurate.
One of her escort service employees was former University of Maryland professor Brandy Britton, who was arrested on prostitution charges in 2006. She was, like Palfrey, found hanged after allegedly committing suicide, in January 2007, days before she was set to go to trial. She was NOT going to go to jail, since she had only been charged with prostitution. "She was very upbeat, very positive, ready to fight them, she absolutely was not going to give in, then all of a sudden, a few days before she was to go to trial, she committed suicide - all of her family members and friends said that this was extremely abnormal." Palfrey told the Alex Jones Show that individuals involved in the call girl scandal thought Britton was about to name names. "I'm not planning to commit suicide," Palfrey said, "I'm planning on going into court and defending myself vigorously, and exposing the government," she said.

On top of all of this, former NSA analyst and Navy intelligence officer Wayne Madsen said that one of the key motives behind the DC Madam’s murder may have been the information her call girls picked up from Washington’s top brass concerning foreknowledge and government complicity in the 9/11 attacks. Madsen added that most of Palfrey’s call girls had been active around the area of McLean Virginia, which is where the CIA and other intelligence agencies are based and where Dick Cheney lived at the time. Talk show host Alex Jones recalled that during interviews Palfrey had told him that her escort service was in fact being used as an intelligence operation to gather intelligence on individuals who used the escort service, particularly those connected to the military. Madsen, who spoke personally to Palfrey on numerous occasions, recalls one conversation where Palfrey told him, ‘I have information that would have been of great interest to the 9/11 Commission - there’s information that her call girls have that would have been very important for the 9/11 Commission to know having to do with intelligence they picked up about 9/11 before it happened’. The former NSA official noted that some of Palfrey’s call girls were being chauffeured by Sherlington Limousines to poker parties attended by former CIA director and co-chair of the Joint 9/11 Intelligence Inquiry Porter Goss.

One of the reasons cited for Goss’ abrupt resignation in May 2006 was his alleged involvement in a prostitution scandal where lobbyists were holding parties for GOP lawmakers that featured hookers and gambling at the Watergate Hotel in D.C. On the morning of 9/11, Goss was having breakfast with the head of Pakistan’s Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) General Mahmoud Ahmad, the man who ordered a wire transfer of $100,000 to alleged lead hijacker Mohammed Atta. In addition, Madsen pointed out that Jack Abramoff, who was also connected to the DC Madam scandal, allowed at least two of the 9/11 hijackers to use one of his casino boats in the days before 9/11. These are likely what Palfrey was referring to when she spoke about her call girls picking up information about 9/11 before it happened.

"There’s the link, when you’ve got Abramoff and you had two of those hijackers on his casino boat a few days before 9/11 - I just wonder if that’s what Jeane was talking about," said Madsen. Many will recall that Newsweek reported that military brass in Washington received a warning the night before the 9/11 attacks which led to a September 11 flight being cancelled. According to the September 13, 2001 issue: "NEWSWEEK has learned that while U.S. intelligence received no specific warning, the state of alert had been high during the past two weeks, and a particularly urgent warning may have been received the night before the attacks, causing some top Pentagon brass to cancel a trip. Why that same information was not available to the 266 people who died aboard the four hijacked commercial aircraft may become a hot topic on the Hill." Of course, that never happened. The connection to 9/11 provides a key motive for why numerous power brokers would have wanted Palfrey to be shut up for good before she had the opportunity to release information in court that her call girls picked up about 9/11 pointing to foreknowledge and government complicity in the attacks.
And now Deborah Palfrey is gone, and with her many dark secrets of the D.C. elite. Among those secrets are the names of some of Washington's highest level politicians, including many that were not released to the public. The knowledge that Palfrey had about members of Washington’s elite being involved in and using her escort service for the purposes of hiring prostitutes, and their links to 9-11, would have been enough to end scores of careers, wreck the lives of countless influential power brokers, and possibly bring down the entire government. Anyone with any knowledge of how these operations are conducted would have to STRONGLY SUSPECT that Deborah Palfrey was eliminated because of what she knew, and all of the information she had on our so called public servants. Just like Chandra Levy, another woman who could have exposed some of D.C.'s darker secrets, who seven years to the day before Palfrey was murdered, disappeared on May 1, 2001. May 1st is a satanic holiday called "Beltane", dedicated to human sacrifice. It is also the birthday of the Order of the Illuminati. This date was likely chosen in both murders as a sign to those in the know, the elitists, a large number of them satanists. There is still no one in custody regarding the Levy case, and it's even less likely that there will ever be an honest investigation into the Palfrey case. The truth about what really happened to Deborah Palfrey could reveal the truth about so many other deceptions generated by the government-media complex. For this, and for so many other reasons, we cannot accept another media lie, and we must demand justice for the murder of Deborah Jeane Palfrey.

WHAT REALLY HAPPENED TO CHANDRA LEVY

During the summer of 2001, the BIG story was the mysterious disappearance of Chandra Levy on May 1, 2001. Levy had been romantically linked to California congressman Gary Condit. Rumors swirled about Condit's perverse sexual appetite, and how Levy had been done away with, directly or indirectly, by Condit, to keep her from ruining his family and career. However, there is an even more sinister side to this story.
On September 11, 2001, Gary Condit, Chandra Levy, and all the attention they had recieved all that summer, came crashing down along with the World Trade Center Towers. In March 2002 Condit lost his bid for re-election, mostly because of his ties to the scandal. The remains of Levy mysteriously appeared May 22, 2002, over a year from the day she disappeared. How strange, her "Skull and Bones" miraculously appeared in a wooded area in Washington's Rock Creek Park. Massive police searches of Rock Creek park produced no results during the summer of 2001, however the following spring she was discovered by a man whose dog was "looking for turtles". It was declared a homicide by investigators. Most of the incriminating evidence was long gone due to the effects of time. They found her remains deep in the woods, next to a tree. Her leggings had been knotted at the ends, leading to speculation that she had been tied up with them, possibly to the tree. The rest of her faded clothes, including Reebok sneakers, and a USC sweatshirt were nearby. Her walkman was found sitting neatly on a rock, with the headphones still attached. Her hyoid bone, located in the neck, had been damaged, which indicated she was probably strangled. It looked as though she had gone into the woods willingly with someone she knew, and was attacked unexpectedly by that person, or the crime scene was set up to appear that way, perhaps at a later date, which seems more likely, considering her remains would have almost certainly caught the attention of police dogs in 2001. In either case, it was NOT a random robbery or mugging. Whatever coverage this once big story had recieved soon came to an end. As with so many other stories, the Corporate Media gave us the Official Party Line when it came to the Levy story, but this story has many layers, and like an onion, the more layers you unravel, the more it stinks.

After September 11, 2001, people began to remark that all of the attention given the Levy case up to the 9-11 attacks was a blatant example of how the media focuses on trivial events in pursuit of ratings. However, believe it or not, the murder of Levy, and the "911 EMERGENCY DAY" attacks, may be directly related. The timing of her disappearance with the September 11 terrorist attacks, as well as the Timothy McVeigh execution, and the circumstaces in her life just prior to her abduction and murder, cast a dark shadow over the entire Chandra Levy mystery. Evidence indicates that the 24 year old Chandra Levy was an agent working for a renegade faction of the MOSSAD, Israel's top spy agency.

Chandra was good looking, and that was an asset. She was known as a thrill seeker, and wanted to become a latter day Mata Hari, a World War One spy who infiltrated high levels of military commands. Even as a teen, Chandra liked to volunteer to assist the local police in her home town of Modesto, California. She would participate in "sting operations", trying to catch local businesses selling alcohol to minors. Those who knew her say she dreamed of becoming a covert operative with the CIA when she grew up. Just weeks before she vanished, Levy took a trip to Israel. Photos of her in Israel later appeared in Time and other major publications. Israel places great importance in its symbiotic relationship with the USA, and they would be unable to exist without the vast amounts of aid, both military and social welfare, that is sent yearly from the U.S.. They also depend on critical intelligence information that is obtained either through cooperation, or covertly. According to a former MOSSAD agent who wishes to remain anonymous, "Operation Dumb Eagle" is the code name for the spy agency's extensive efforts to infiltrate top levels of the U.S. government through the placement of American Jews in sensitive positions. Part of "Operation Dumb Eagle" is the recruitment, training and placement of attractive Jewish coeds as U.S. Interns.

Chandra Levy attended the University of Southern California to earn a Master's degree in Public Administration. While in California, Levy had served as an intern for Los Angeles Mayor Richard Riordan, and California Governor Gray Davis. There she discovered the private world of high level politicians, many of whom live wild satanic sex lives. She moved from from her home in Modesto to Washington DC in September 2000 to begin an internship at the Federal Bureau of Prisons. After moving to Washington, Chandra was in a perfect position gather top secret information, not only at her job, but also by using her female powers of persuasion. In October 2000, she stopped by the offices of her hometown congressman, Gary Condit. They posed for pictures, and Condit asked Levy if he could see her again sometime. She accepted, and the romance began almost immediatly. The MOSSAD keeps extensive dossiers on a large number of U.S. politicians. And they undoubtedly knew of Condit's wild sex life, and felt that Levy would make the perfect honey trap. Condit's position as a senior member of the intelligence committee would make him a prime target for just such an operation. The sexual seduction of high level government officials by spies is usually of the illicit category, which provides foreign powers the added advantage of being able to better bribe and control the targeted victims, who, as it was with Condit, may be married with children.

As an intern in the Federal Bureau of Prisons during the winter and spring of 2001, she worked in the Public Affairs section, and Press Office. Chandra's co-workers at the Bureau of Prisons praised her work and noted that Chandra was very computer literate. Her last duties at BOP before her unexpected termination, and her disappearance, involved helping arrange media coverage of Timothy McVeigh's execution, originally scheduled for May 16 2001. Chandra had a government signon for Lexis-Nexis that she used at the BOP. There are extensive personal information research capabilities at Nexis, and she had access to those and other highly confidential services as well in working with criminal related research at the BOP. Chandra was in a perfect position to have access to highly classified data about McVeigh, that linked him to U.S. intelligence operations involving CIA sponsored terrorism, both here and abroad. Chandra would easily be able to obtain this information pertaining to McVeigh, and more importantly, related inside information to the impending 9-11 attacks. Information such as the 1993 WTC bombing materials having been purchased with the credit card of a US Muslim and an FBI provocateur named Melvin Lattimore. Melvin Lattimore was seen by 4 witnesses in McVeigh's car at the OKC Travelers Aid office adjacent to the Murrah federal building just ONE DAY before the OKC bombing. Six FBI agents spent 9 months browbeating the 4 witnesses, trying to make them change their story about seeing Lattimore at the Travelers Aid. Lattimore was the roommate of the 20th 9/11 hijacker Zacarias Moussaoui while he attended the Airman flight school in Norman Oklahoma in 2000 and 2001. Lattimore was also the roomate of 9/11 hijackers Al Hazmi and Al Shehhi in Norman Oklahoma. At McVeigh's trial his sister read a letter from him to the grand jury in which he told her he was going into the Special Forces Covert Tactical Unit.
It was reported that Chandra noted some twelve or more visits to McVeigh by Dr. Louis Jolyon West, the UCLA mind control expert for the CIA who pronounced Jack Ruby insane after he suggested a conspiracy in the JFK assassination. He also was the government psychiatrist who handled Sirhan Sirhan while he awaited trial. Jolly West was infamous for his early use of LSD on unsuspecting victims. He was the head of the CIA's mind-control program known as MKULTRA, and was a pioneer of electronic brain experimentation. Chandra's disappearance was conveniently just two weeks before McVeigh's scheduled execution. Due to the discovery of documents that had not been given to McVeigh's defense team, his execution was rescheduled and carried out on June 11, 2001. Rumors ran strong with speculation about the date of Chandra's disappearance and McVeigh's two execution dates. The information that Chandra Levy possessed would have been far more damaging to the government, and their desire to eliminate the potential loose cannon, McVeigh.

Chandra would also have easy access to information concerning members of the Bin Laden Family residing in the U.S., some of whom had national security contracts with the U.S. Government. Osama bin Laden, contrary to the lies put out by the corporate media, was not on the outs with his family, who secretly funded him. It's no coincidence that right after 9-11, the FBI arranged by plane to whisk many Bin Laden Family members out of the U.S.. Chandra had access to records detailing the clandestine business arrangements between the U.S. government and the Bin Laden Family, along with McVeigh's ties to CIA sponsored domestic and foreign terrorists, all of which would be of great interest to the Israeli government. As I've said, Gary Condit was a senior member of the House Select Committee on Intelligence, privy to closed door sessions dealing with covert operations of the spy community. Chandra was reportedly pumping Condit for hot information, in return for sexual favors. In a People Magazine interview on September 9, 2001, Condit indicated Chandra had a strong interest in the McVeigh case, terrorism, and the middle east. "She was much more interested in those things than I was", Condit recalled. The massive publicity evaporated when America was attacked September 11, 2001. Condit demanded of Levy total discretion when it came to ANYTHING concerning their relationship. That included not only private information about his perverted sexual misconduct, but also any INTELLIGENCE INFORMATION she might come across in the course of their relationship.

Anyone "connecting the dots" would have to conclude that Chandra Levy had come upon some of the most incredible intelligence secrets in history, including the plan to use huge terrorist strikes in America to justify global wars, finance the military industrial complex, and justify a police state here at home in a huge power grab. David Schippers, Chief Council for the House Judiciary Committee and head prosecutor responsible for conducting the impeachment against former President Clinton, went public revealing that in the months BEFORE the 9-11 attacks, many FBI agents had come to him informing him about the impending attacks. These agents knew the names of the hijackers, the targets of their attacks, the proposed dates, and the sources of the terrorists' funding, etc., many months in advance of the 9/11 attacks. The FBI command pulled them off of their investigations into these terrorists and threatened them with the National Security Act. They told them that if they talked about any of the information pertaining to their investigations that they would be prosecuted. So many of them sought the counsel of Mr. Schippers wanting to get somebody in the U.S. government to take action against these terrorists before their plan could be implemented. Mr. Schippers talked to many Congressmen and Senators, and tried to get a hold of Att. Gen. John Ashcroft, all only to get the run-around.

Chandra Levy, through her sensitive position in the Federal Bureau of Prisons, through their computers and facilities, and human intelligence contacts, and through her intimate relationship with a congressman on the intelligence commitee, unearthed a dangerous group of details related to the coming 9-11 attacks, the same information the FBI agents had brought to Schippers. She had none of the restrictions the FBI agents had, or so she thought, and apparently was about to go public with the information. The MOSSAD had tried to warn American intelligence about their knowledge of the planned 9-11 attacks, and were met with indifference. Was at least some of the information they had, been obtained from their agent, the now missing Levy? It would seem highly likely.

ROCK CREEK PARK...SCENE OF THE CRIME
It would also seem that all of this would end Chandra Levy's life. Shortly after signing off of her computer at 1 pm, on May 1, 2001, she walked out of her apartment to meet someone at the Klingle Mansion, an old building now being used as a storage facility, in a remote section of Rock Creek Park, a large, forested area in Washington D.C. about two miles from Levy's apartment. A perfect spot, if you want no witnessess. At this point, she was either abducted, or led into the woods and murdered. Her body was discovered in the woods a short distance from the Klingle Mansion. One of the last things she did on her computer on the day she disappeared was visit the MapQuest website to look up a map of Rock Creek Park, and specifically, Klingle Mansion.
On September 11, 2001, five Israelis were seen atop a white panel van in New York City. They were using a video camera. This Israeli spy team videotaped the entire terrorist incident from START to FINISH. Nearby observers who clandestinely saw them were astonished to see the five men shouting joyously and jumping up and down as the explosions ripped through the towers and each building collapsed. These nearby witnesses phoned the NYC police and the FBI. The FBI came and arrested the five, who turned out to be Israelis carrying false visa papers. The five were stripped of their clothes, incarcerated in dark jail cells, and interrogated nonstop for hours by FBI agents. The FBI interrogators believed the five were Israeli MOSSAD spy agents. Their arrest alerted the FBI to the existence of some 200 Israeli "commandos" training at a warehouse in New Jersey. They and the five arrested were "employed" by a bogus moving company owned by an Israeli. After diplomatic intervention at the highest levels of the Israeli and U.S. governments, the NYC FBI squad was ordered to cease their investigation, release the five suspects, and turn them over to the Israeli Consul. They were immediately flown to Israel. It seems highly likely that these events were the result of advance intelligence information obtained by Chandra Levy, and passed on to Israel prior to her May 1st disappearance.

Chandra was also friendly with a circle of Republicans that include George W. Bush's strategy chief, Karl Rove. Of course, not a lot of people knew, or know, that Chandra Levy went to Bush's January 20th, 2001 inauguration, had a seat in the VIP section, and attended one of the balls. There also was MORE sensitive material Chandra Levy had access to. For example, that the government knowingly arranged for their business partner, Drug Kingpin Carlos Lehder, to disappear from the Federal prison system. He was allowed to disappear from the U.S., thanks to the corruption and connivance at the highest levels of the government. Coral Talavera, the wife of Lehder, in an on-the-record interview, has made it clear that Lehder is out of prison, working for the United States government, and is directly connected to the CIA, and the U.S. Treasury. This scenario was well supported by statements from a number of credible sources, including reporters, and Lehder's prosecutor former U.S. Attorney Robert Merkle.

That the the F.B.I. claimed for so long that they had no idea who or what was behind the murder of Chandra Levy is just an outright lie. They know, and knew from the start, that she was being used by the MOSSAD to obtain top secret information. The lead FBI investigator in the Chandra Levy case was Special Agent Bradley J. Garrett. He is known as "The Fixer", because he is called in to find patsy's to take the blame for government murders. Notice a few details from his past: Garrett was the lead FBI investigator in the strange death of Clinton White House Deputy Counsel Vincent W. Foster. Foster's body was, like Levy's, found in a heavily wooded area near Washington D.C.. The official cause of death, touted from the outset as a suicide, was declared due to a gunshot fired into the mouth. The weapon, said to be a black 1913 Army Colt .38 Special six-shot revolver, was said to have been found in Foster's hand. It is significant, therefore, to note that x-rays of the initial autopsy of Vincent Foster's corpse are listed by Federal coroners as now being "missing", and that no one in the Foster family recalls there being a firearm of that model or appearance anywhere, ever, in their residence. Also, there was no blood found on the cuff, sleeve, or wrist of Foster, as would have been elicited naturally, from what they call "blowback", by a self-inflicted gunshot held close inside the soft-palate. The first witness to find the body insisted that there had been no gun near the body. The memory in Foster's pager had been erased. Foster's office at the White House was looted. Secret Service agent Henry O' Neill watched Hillary Clinton's chief of staff, Margaret Williams, carry boxes of papers out of Foster's office before the Police showed up to seal it. There were indications the body had been moved, and a Secret Service memo surfaced which reported that Foster's body had been found in his car! Garrett helped to completly cover up these glaring inconsistencies.
Garrett was also the lead FBI investigator in the murder of Clinton White House intern, Mary Caitrin Mahoney. You see, A U.S. Secret Service Agent assigned to checking doors at the White House, opened a door one night and found Hillary Clinton in a compromising sexual position with Ms. Mahoney, a known lesbian since her high school days. Hillary was furious and whacked him in the head with a metal ashtray. Ms. Mahoney was shot to death at a Starbucks Coffee Shop, right in the heart of Washington DC, a short time later. On July 7, 1997 Mahoney was in the Starbucks cafe cleaning up after closing time with co-workers Emory Evans and Aaron Goodrich. Sometime after 9pm, two gunmen got inside and shot all three to death. Mahoney was singled out for the most horrendous fate - as if she'd been the killers' prime target. Of the ten shots fired, she was hit five times at point blank range, including at least once in the face. The final bullet was delivered to the back of her head after she'd already fallen. In one hand, in a death grip, Mahoney clutched the keys to the store's safe, which held the weekend's receipts of more than $10,000. D.C. cops were mystified by the apparent lack of motive in the crime. The safe hadn't been opened. The cash registers were undisturbed. The store hadn't been ransacked. None of the victims' personal belongings had been touched. One wonders why a high-powered Washington FBI agent, with ties to the intelligence community, was involved in a case claimed to be a routine robbery murder case, supposedly committed by a small time criminal, one Carl Derek Cooper. After 54 hours of questioning by Garrett and another agent, Cooper signed a confession that he immediately repudiated as soon as he got to court. During his 54 hours of interrogation, Cooper had consistently denied the crime and volunteered several times to take a lie detector test. Most of the testimony against him was by agent Garrett, and based on Garrett's representation of what Cooper had said during the interrogation. The questioning was not recorded or videotaped. Garrett had sucessfully arranged to blame the crime on a vulnerable nobody.

There was a genuinely farcical attempt to pin the Levy murder on a minor criminal, Ingmar Guandique, an illegal immigrant from El Salvador who had been known to assault joggers in the area. After he passed a lie detector test, and the complete lack of any possible similarity between his crimes and the known facts of the Levy case, they had to drop it. It took more than a year after she was found for her remains to be returned to her family, which is very unusual. During that time several independent expert forensic doctors came foreward and offered to examine her remains in order to help solve the case, but were REFUSED PERMISSION, despite their efforts being widely publicized.

Chandra Levy had expected to stay on as an intern at the Federal Bureau of Prisons until September 2001. Her internship was abrubtly and unexpectedly ended just days before her disappearance. It's likely she was caught going into unauthorized areas. She also had applied for permanent full time jobs with the FBI and the CIA, where full background checks are mandatory. It's likely her snooping at BOP, her relationship with Condit, AND her connections to the MOSSAD had turned up in her background investigation. And THAT made it imperative to get her out of the Bureau of Prisons immediately, and then off the planet. The BOP offered several conflicting versions of why Levy was let go, none of them believable. Also, her relationship with Condit had taken a sudden turn for the worse. Condit was trying to distance himself from Levy, and was becoming annoyed at her increasingly frequent and almost desperate calls. Levy, in the course of her relationship with Condit, had developed an obsession for him, but the relationship was over. Clearly, both Condit and the BOP had been tipped off, and been made aware of her ties to the MOSSAD. Chandra Levy undoubtedly felt betrayed by all concerned. She no longer had reason to hold back on all of the information she had gathered, and was almost certainly going to make it public.
Not only was Chandra Levy snuffed out to eliminate any risk of the impending 9-11 attacks, and the McVeigh information leaking out such a short time before his scheduled execution, but also to protect high ranking members of the Federal government from having their partnership with drug cartel baron Carlos Lehder, and his disappearance from the Federal Prison System, becoming widely and publicly exposed. So, the Counter-Intelligence Division of the FBI was tapping her phone, and watching her very closely.

These incredible things prove that what is presented to us in the media is almost never what it would seem to be. Through her connections to the MOSSAD, through her internship with the Federal Bureau of Prisons, and access to top security information, and through her involvement with a Congressman, a member of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, and having topmost security clearance, and the circumstances in her life just prior to her abduction and murder, one could only conclude that Chandra Levy had knowledge of the Carlos Lehder affair, the Timothy McVeigh matter, and most importantly, the impending 9-11 attacks. Was she about to go public with it? It would seem beyond a shadow of a doubt. On the day before she disappeared, May 1, 2001, she left a message on the phone machine of a close family member. She said that there was something BIG, and something important to tell them about. She wouldn't say what it was, and that was the last time she was heard from.

CHANDRA LEVY IN ISRAEL, JUST WEEKS BEFORE HER DISAPPEARANCE
To those who cannot believe all of this, I contend that you are not only ignoring the opinions of seasoned intelligence operatives, but also ignoring the indisputable truth that all of this is exactly how covert intelligence operations are, and have been conducted, for many years.
So exactly who killed Chandra Levy? Gary Condit, while obviously leaving much to be desired in his personal life, was probably little more than a dupe in all of this. He made the perfect villian, and the perfect fall guy. His sick private life gave him all the reason in the world to act suspicious in the glaring light of media attention. Al Martin, one of America's foremost government whistleblowers, and a retired Navy Lt. Commander, claims there were a mystery set of fingerprints found at the Chandra Levy murder scene. The fingerprints belong to a shadowy figure named Alejandro Martinez, a longtime CIA employee, and former CIA drug pilot during the Iran Contra operation. Martinez had ties to Oliver North. He's disappeared, and nobody knows where he's gone. When he went to buy some false identity papers, apparently because he needed to get out of the United States in a hurry, the match came up. There was obviously another dimension to this story, and you will never hear about it in the mainstream media. The facts point to only one conclusion. That Chandra Levy was the victim of a government hit, and Condit was used as a decoy patsy for a murder network that extends to the very heights of U.S. power.


Chandra Levy was used by everyone involved. She was doing her job, and the hottest intelligence secret of all time fell right into her hands. She was young, naive, and still believed that it was wrong to use mass terrorism as a psychological tool for political purposes. Unfortunately, for this, she paid the ultimate price. To say that the disappearance and death of Chandra Levy was more than the result of a sexual relationship gone bad, is a gross understatement, to say the least. Had she not vanished, it now seems likely that, not only the planned 9-11 attacks could have been stopped, but also that the resultant wars, and world wide chaos that we are now witnessing, would never have happened.

As with Waco, the OKC bombing, and of course 9-11, the establishment put their spin on the Levy story, and nothing more is said. The truth about Chandra Levy will never be told by the mainstream media. Condit lost his bid for re-election, the global wars are raging, with more being planned, and Chandra Levy is just a faded memory. Another lie told, another lie accepted. Mission accomplished. Let's move on. Do not make the mistake of thinking that September 11, 2001 happened the way they brainwashed you to think it did. And try to understand the true nature of the people who control this global government. Illusion is the name of their game, and they're quite skilled at it. They should be. Early life
Nifong was born in Wilmington, North Carolina, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1971 with a degree in political science. He registered as a conscientious objector during the Vietnam War era and participated in anti-war protests. After working as a teacher and social worker, he returned to UNC in 1975 and earned a law degree in 1978. In the same year, he was admitted to the bar. After a year as a per diem assistant DA with the Durham County DA's office, he was hired on a full-time basis in 1979. He eventually worked his way up to chief assistant. After District Attorney Jim Hardin was appointed to a Superior Court vacancy in 2005, Governor Mike Easley appointed Nifong to fill out the remainder of Hardin's term. Nifong was sworn in on April 27, 2005.

[7] Prior to the most intense criticism of his handling of the case (see below), Nifong won the Democratic primary on May 2, 2006.[8] Many critics have argued that Nifong brought the Duke case forward simply to win a tough reelection fight against two opponents in Durham, a city with a sizeable African American community. Nifong initially garnered strong support in some quarters such as the Duke faculty and administration, the national media, and feminist and minority groups, for his willingness to pursue sexual assault charges made by Crystal Gail Mangum, a black woman who was working as an escort, and stripper, against white members of the Duke University lacrosse team.

[12] In the early days of the case, Nifong received a particular boost from what seemed a partisan position taken by the New York Times. In their 2007 book Until Proven Innocent: Political Correctness and the Shameful Injustice of the Duke Lacrosse Case, KC Johnson and Stuart Taylor Jr. sharply criticize The New York Times for their editorial judgment and its effect on the case investigation. The original reports by Joe Drape tended to exonerate the accused players, which contradicted Times' editorial stance. This led to Drape's quick dismissal and replacement by Duff Wilson who took a pro-prosecution stance.

[13] The Times also carried stories on the case by sports writer Selena Roberts, who asserted that "something happened March 13" without acknowledging that this was taking the unproven charges of the prosecution and announcing them as fact.[14] Furthermore, Roberts published false information about the case through the Times, such as "Players have been forced to give up their DNA, but to the dismay of investigators, none have come forward to reveal an eyewitness account."[14] In fact, the captains' March 28, 2006 statement and the defense attorneys' subsequent press conference both described the captains' cooperation with police, and both occurred before Roberts penned her column. The Times never ran a correction.

[15] As the details of the case emerged, however, Nifong came under severe attack not only from advocates of the indicted students but also by mainstream news sources such as 60 Minutes,[16] The Washington Post,[17] and the Los Angeles Times,[18] The criticisms focused on a series of actions taken by Nifong: that he went public with a series of accusations that later turned out to be untrue; that he exaggerated and intensified racial tensions; that he unduly influenced the Durham police investigation; that he tried to manipulate potential witnesses; that he refused to hear exculpatory evidence prior to indictment; that regulations on the conduct of an identification exercise were breached by failure to include "dummy"photographs; that he had never spoken directly to the alleged victim about the accusations; and that he made misleadingly incomplete presentations of various aspects of the evidence in the case (including DNA results).

Nifong stated in a court hearing on October 27, 2006 that, six months after the arrest of the Duke Lacrosse players, he had not yet interviewed the alleged victim. "I haven't talked with her about the facts of that night. ... We're not at that stage yet." According to Nifong, none of his assistants had discussed the case with her, either.

[19] Critics of the district attorney requested that Nifong be investigated, punished and disbarred for his actions in this case.[20] On December 12, 2006, it was reported that Republican Representative Walter Jones of North Carolina's 3rd district sent a letter to U.S. Attorney General Alberto Gonzales asking for an investigation into whether Nifong committed "prosecutorial misconduct" and violated the civil rights of the three suspects in the case;[21] Gonzales stated that his office might investigate how Nifong had handled the case.[22] Critics have noted that police were instructed to "Go through Mr. Nifong for any directions as to how to conduct matters in this case." This was an unusual move for a prosecutor to order.

[23] On December 22, 2006, Nifong dropped rape charges against the three Duke lacrosse players after the stripper who accused them changed her story, saying that she was no longer certain whether she was penetrated vaginally with one or more of the men's penises. This also was a few days after it was revealed in court that Nifong had withheld evidence from the defense concerning the DNA tests performed.[24] Nifong came "under heavy criticism" for pressing ahead with what appeared to many to be a weak case without any physical evidence. The defense argued that the accuser had given at least a dozen different accounts of the incident, changing the number of attackers from 20 to three, and modifying the methods by which she was assaulted.

[24] On January 12, 2007, Nifong sent a letter to North Carolina Attorney General Roy A. Cooper asking his office to assume responsibility of the case.[25] This came just days after the accuser changed her story yet again, now claiming that Reade Seligmann was not involved in the alleged attack.[26][27] Previously she had accused him and two others of the alleged rape.

[28] On April 11 Cooper announced that all charges in the case would be dropped and that "based on the significant inconsistencies between the evidence and the various accounts given by the accusing witness, we believe these three individuals are innocent of these charges". He referred to Nifong as a "rogue" prosecutor.


Criticism
Defense lawyers and media outlets were very critical about how Nifong handled the case. Nifong responded by saying that the criticisms were a product of a defense strategy to malign the prosecution and intimidate the alleged rape victim.

[29] Media outlets that launched blistering attacks on Nifong, demanding his resignation or recusal from the case, included, but were not limited to:
Nifong gave more than 50 interviews, many with the national media, according to his own account and confirmed by the News & Observer[3][41][42] In these interviews, Nifong repeatedly said that he is "confident that a rape occurred,"[43] calling the players "a bunch of hooligans" whose "daddies could buy them expensive lawyers."[16] Since early April 2006, however, Nifong has generally refused to talk to the media.

[42] On July 18, 2006, defense lawyers charged that Nifong made "unprofessional and discourteous" remarks. During a preliminary hearing, Nifong said, "[Defense] attorneys were almost disappointed that their clients didn't get indicted so they could be a part of this spectacle here in Durham." One lawyer ascertained that "Nifong's statement is an insult to the legal profession as a whole and is certainly unwarranted by any facts in this case." Others saw it as a personal insult. Immediately following the remarks, Nifong went on vacation and could not be reached for further comment [44] On October 27, 2006, Nifong stated in court that neither he nor his assistants had yet discussed the alleged assault with the accuser, saying they had so far left that aspect of the investigation to the police. [45] On December 12, 2006, Congressman Walter Jones, Jr., R-NC, wrote a letter to Attorney General Alberto Gonzales, "asking for an investigation into Nifong to determine whether he is guilty of prosecutorial misconduct".

[46] On December 16, 2006, it was revealed that Nifong and DNA lab director Brian Meeham conspired to withhold exculpatory DNA evidence from the final report submitted to the defense team.[47][48] DNA findings, by law, must be immediately reported to the defense.

[46] The case's prosecution has been criticized by the legal analyst for the National Journal, Stuart Taylor,[49] as well as New York Times columnists David Brooks[50] and Nicholas Kristof.[49] An investigation by CBS' 60 Minutes "reveals disturbing facts about the conduct of the police and the district attorney, and raises serious concerns."[16] (This 60 Minutes segment was honored with a Peabody Award on April 4, 2007.)[51] Several writers at Slate have also criticized the prosecution's actions and have especially criticized the mainstream media for accepting prosecution claims at face value in light of countervailing evidence.

[53] In light of the fact that Nifong failed to turn over potentially exculpatory evidence to defense lawyers on December 22, 2006, The News & Observer wrote that "to press forward in the [...] case, District Attorney Mike Nifong must rely on scanty evidence while deflecting serious questions about whether he broke the law or violated the ethics rules governing prosecutors."[54] Some critics have accused Nifong of using the case to improve his chances in his next election.

Ethics charges
On December 28, 2006; the North Carolina State Bar filed ethics charges against Nifong over his conduct in the case, accusing him of making public statements that were "prejudicial to the administration of justice" and of engaging in "conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation."[56] The 17-page document accuses Nifong of violating four rules of professional conduct, listing more than 50 examples of statements he made to the media.

[57] The State Bar filed a second round of ethics charges on January 24, 2007.[58] In this document, it accused Nifong of a "systematic abuse of prosecutorial discretion ... prejudicial to the administration of justice" when he withheld DNA evidence to mislead the court. [59] Nifong's lawyers filed a report asking for dismissal of some of the charges against him on March 19, arguing that his actions did not prevent the defendants from a fair trial since defense attorneys received a DNA report before a trial date was set. The State Bar denied the request, pointing out that North Carolina law "is unambiguous: Anyone subject to an NTO [Nontestimonial Identification Order] must be given any report of test results as soon as such a report is available." The Bar continued that "Nifong is effectively arguing that he can make false statements to a court which result in the entry of an order, and then use the order that is based on his misrepresentations to claim he committed no discovery violation.
"[60]
[61] At an April 13 hearing, another request for dismissal of charges was denied. Nifong's team argued that the law about revealing exculpatory evidence to the defense was too vague about a timetable. Attorneys for the State Bar pointed out that it was only through diligent efforts of the Duke players' defense team that the DNA report was finally made available to them.

The formal ethics hearing began on June 12 in Raleigh.[62] On June 15, Nifong took the stand to testify in his own defense. During the testimony, he apologized to the families of the Duke athletes and stated that he would resign as district attorney. Joseph Cheshire, attorney for David Evans, one of the accused players, dismissed the apology as "a cynical political attempt to save his law license."[63] Even at this point in the case, Nifong apparently still believed that a crime had occurred. The committee's chairman, F. Lane Williamson, asked Nifong directly if he still believed the accuser was attacked. After pausing for several seconds, Nifong said that while he could not say whether she was sexually assaulted, "something happened to make everybody leave that scene very quickly." He then mused aloud that he thought a non-sexual assault or an "intimidation" might have taken place. These assertions enraged the players' attorneys, and sent one of their mothers running from the room in tears. [64] During the trial, Nifong acknowledged he knew there was no DNA evidence connecting lacrosse players Reade Seligmann and Collin Finnerty to the 28-year-old woman who accused them of attacking her when he indicted them on charges of rape, sexual offense and kidnapping a year ago.

On June 16, 2007, the North Carolina State Bar Disciplinary Committee unanimously voted to strip Nifong of his law license after delivering a verdict of "yes" (i.e., guilty) to 27 of 32 charges. The committee found that Nifong's previous disciplinary record and acknowledgment of his improper pre-trial statements were substantially outweighed by (among other things) the players' vulnerability and his failure to acknowledge the "wrongful nature of (his) conduct with respect of the handling of DNA evidence. "[66] Committee chair Lane Williamson called the case a "fiasco" and said Nifong's actions involved "dishonesty, fraud, deceit and misrepresentation." Williamson further stated, "At the time he was facing a primary, and yes, he was politically naive, but we can draw no other conclusion that those initial statements he made were to further his political ambitions." In the end, the panel concluded that "there is no discipline short of disbarment appropriate in this case given the magnitude of the offenses found. "[66] Nifong agreed to surrender his law license and said he would not appeal; through his attorney, he said that disbarment was an appropriate punishment. Nifong is the first sitting district attorney in the history of North Carolina to be disbarred.[67] Earlier in the day, Nifong offered to voluntarily surrender his law license. However, Williamson said that the panel had to issue a ruling, and issued its disbarment order shortly thereafter.[68] Under North Carolina law, the order took effect 30 days after Nifong received it in writing.[65] He will not be eligible to regain his license until 2012.

Immediately after the hearing, lawyers for the three players said they would seek to have Nifong held in criminal contempt of court for his false statements.[69] They also said that calls for a federal civil rights investigation into the matter weren't out of line.[70]The players' attorneys have called for an independent investigation into the case, and as of June 2007[update] Cooper was considering whether to open a criminal probe into the affair. [71] The players' attorneys said on June 18 that their clients were very likely to file a civil suit against Nifong to recover their legal expenses and restore their reputations. It is not known how much they can recover. Nifong had no income aside from his salary as DA, and public records indicate that he has no significant assets other than his home in Durham, real estate in western North Carolina and retirement accounts.[72] According to The News and Observer, the players incurred $3 million in legal bills. [69] On June 18, Nifong submitted his resignation to Governor Easley and Durham County Chief Superior Court Judge Orlando Hudson, saying he would leave office on July 13. Hudson said that Nifong should have resigned immediately, saying that defense attorneys could challenge Nifong's authority. Easley, a former prosecutor and state attorney general, also felt that Nifong should have resigned immediately. [65] Early on June 19, Hudson issued an order suspending Nifong from office with pay.[73] Under North Carolina law,[74] this was the first step in a process that allows the chief judge of a county to remove that county's district attorney from office. Hudson also appointed a Raleigh attorney as special prosecutor to oversee the removal proceeding.[75] A Durham resident had asked Hudson to remove Nifong in February on the grounds that Nifong engaged in willful misconduct and brought disrepute upon his office--two of the criteria for removing a district attorney from office. This process has been used only once before, when the district attorney for New Hanover and Pender counties was removed from office in 1995 for making a racial slur.[76] Hudson delayed acting on it, however, pending the bar's decision. [77] On June 20, Nifong began talks with the special prosecutor about the possibility of leaving office immediately.[78] But later that day, Easley appointed Jim Hardin, Nifong's predecessor, as acting district attorney. This came hours after Easley signed a bill that would allow the governor to remove a district attorney or judge from office if he or she has been disbarred or suspended from practicing law.[79][80] Easley strongly supported the bill, which unanimously passed both houses of the legislature. [81] Easley had already let it be known that he would have removed Nifong from office immediately if he'd had the power to do so. It had been unclear how soon Easley could have removed Nifong under this new law. The bill does not allow a governor to remove a DA or judge until the State Bar formally issued its order of disbarment, and all appeals have been exhausted. However, as mentioned above, Nifong had said he would not appeal.

[82] Hardin was sworn in the next day, and served until September 2007, when Easley appointed Assistant District Attorney David Saacks to fill out the first half of Nifong's term. At the time of Hardin's swearing-in, negotiations were still underway between Nifong and the special prosecutor,[83] and Hudson was proceeding with the hearing to remove him for good.[84]However, according to a spokesman for the state's Administrative Office of the Courts, Nifong's tenure as DA ended with Hardin's swearing-in.[1] Facing almost certain removal from office, Nifong formally resigned from office on July 2.

[85] On June 22, the players' lawyers filed their promised motion asking Superior Court Judge Osmond Smith, who presided over the case, to hold Nifong in contempt. The players also wanted Nifong to pay for the 60 to 100 hours it took to prove that he misrepresented the DNA evidence. It charges that Nifong violated at least a dozen laws, rules and court orders designed to protect defendants' rights by playing "a game of hide and seek" with evidence that could have cleared the players. It also alleged that Nifong's misconduct "shocks the conscience and defies any notion of accident or negligence." Earlier in June, Smith had filed papers stating that he retained control over the case even though the charges had been dismissed, and had the power to impose his own sanctions against Nifong.

[86] On July 25, Nifong issued a less qualified apology for his actions, saying he did not challenge Cooper's conclusion that there was "no credible evidence" to support the charges he'd made. However, he continued to maintain that that conclusion was based in part on evidence that he did not have, ignoring the facts that he disregarded a copious amount of exculpatory evidence and made no real effort to obtain additional evidence that might have undermined his case. While the players' attorneys expressed skepticism about his sincerity, they did withdraw their demands that he pay for the legal work it took to ferret out the DNA evidence.

[87] In a letter addressed to the North Carolina State Bar on August 7, Nifong formally surrendered his law license. He then decried the "fundamental unfairness" with which his disbarment was conducted, contradicting his lawyer's assertion that Nifong believed disbarment to be an appropriate punishment. Bizarrely, Nifong thought it prudent to note in the letter that one of his puppies had chewed on and damaged his physical law license.

Sentence and Jail
On August 31, 2007, Smith held Nifong in criminal contempt of court, and sentenced him to one day in jail and a $500 fine.[2].

On September 7, 2007, Nifong reported to the Durham County jail to serve a one-day jail sentence for contempt of court. He was held alone in a cell for his protection.

Sued by players
On October 5, 2007, Evans, Finnerty and Seligmann filed a federal lawsuit alleging that Nifong engineered a wide-ranging conspiracy to frame the players. Also named in the suit were the lab that handled the DNA work, the city of Durham, the city's former police chief, the deputy police chief, the two police detectives who handled the case and five other police department employees. The players are seeking unspecified damages, and also want to place the Durham Police Department under court supervision for 10 years, claiming the actions of the police department pose "a substantial risk of irreparable injury to other persons in the City of Durham." According to the suit, Nifong's sole motive was to win support for his reelection bid; the suit alleges that Nifong told his campaign manager that the case would provide "'millions of dollars' in free advertising."[90] Nifong asked the state attorney general's office and the Administrative Office of the Courts to pay his legal fees and help defend him, but both offices refused on the grounds that Nifong's actions involved "fraud, corruption (and) malice."[91] In response, Nifong's attorney quoted Nifong as saying, "I don't know why I continue to expect people to do the right thing.
"[92]

Bankruptcy filing
On January 15, 2008, Nifong filed for bankruptcy under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code.[93] He listed assets of almost $244,000 and liabilities of over $180.3 million, the bulk of which being six $30 million "unsecured nonpriority claims," one for each of the six members of the 2005-2006 Duke Lacrosse team suing Nifong, among others.

While the filing automatically delayed the civil suit against him, it may not protect Nifong from civil liability for his actions in the case. Unsecured creditors can still pursue claims against someone filing for bankruptcy if the debt was incurred through "willful and malicious injury" to them.[94] Indeed, Seligmann's attorney, noted Triangle lawyer David Rudolf, said that the players intend to pursue such a claim.

According to at least one bankruptcy law expert, Nifong's bankruptcy filing is a tacit admission that he doesn't have the resources to defend himself against the players' civil suit, and is trying to protect what assets he is allowed to protect under the law.

The supervisor for Bankruptcy has recommended that Nifong be denied protection, since he makes enough money above the requirement.

Judge William Stocks ruled against Nifong's Bankruptcy claim, and announced that the plaintiffs can pursue their lawsuit.

RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) - When a North Carolina company that collected human body parts for transplants and other medical procedures was shut down in 2006, federal regulators cited inaccurate paperwork and poor record-keeping.



But new court documents illuminate a more malicious story line: Federal prosecutors contend the company's owner falsified medical histories, identities and blood samples of harvested cadavers to ensure the risky tissue could be sold.



Court papers accuse Philip Guyett Jr. of forging the age and cause of death of cadavers he gathered from North Carolina funeral homes because tissues can be rejected for a number of reasons to protect the health of transplant recipients. Prosecutors claim Guyett's Donor Referral Services Inc. hid instances of disease or drug use and say that if Guyett knew a blood sample would be rejected, he would submit one from a different cadaver donor.



Guyett faces three counts of fraud. He has not been formally indicted, but the "criminal information" documents from prosecutors can only be filed with the defendant's consent and typically signal a plea deal is forthcoming.



Guyett has previously denied any wrongdoing. His attorney declined to comment.



An arraignment is scheduled for March 9.



The new details renew concerns raised a couple of years ago after Guyett's facility was shut down and in a separate case, a New Jersey company was accused of plundering corpses for body parts.



In the wake of those cases, thousands of Americans who had routine procedures like knee and back operations were urged to get tested for HIV and hepatitis. More than 1.3 million procedures each year use tissue from donated cadavers in what has become a billion-dollar industry.



The Food and Drug Administration said in 2007 it rushed inspections on all 153 companies that recover cadaver parts and found no major problems. Regulators oversee some 2,000 business that handle tissues and generally only inspect a few hundred each year. The agency declined this week to say whether transplants linked to Guyett led to illnesses, saying that information could only be released through a Freedom of Information Act request, which is pending.



Industry officials said no transplant recipients were affected, but worry there is still not enough federal regulation.



"The part that concerns myself and other state licensing boards is the idea that (the tissue recovery business) is still not regulated like transplantable organs are regulated," said Paul Harris, executive director of the North Carolina Board of Funeral Service. "And I haven't seen anything to indicate that it's headed toward regulation.
"


Transplantable organs are tested and regulated under a more rigorous system.



Robert Rigney, head of the American Association of Tissue Banks, said his group regulates member companies separate from the FDA, requiring onsite inspections and reviewing operating procedures. Companies voluntarily join the association, and while Rigney said the most transplantable tissues firms are members, Guyett's business was not.



Rigney said he doesn't think the FDA inspects new businesses soon enough, but said tissue transplant procedures are among the safest in medicine and that there hasn't been a transmission of disease since 2002. He thinks the chances of another case like Guyett's are minimal.



"What these people are accused of doing violates everything that we stand for," Rigney said.



FDA spokeswoman Susan Cruzan said a 2007 report found no major deficiencies in the industry and a 2005 report found low risks for disease transmission in tissue transplants.



Guyett has been in trouble with authorities before. He was sentenced a decade ago to community service and probation after police accused him of pocketing cash from the sale of a cadaver. And while working in Las Vegas, Missouri police discovered human limbs in a leaky FedEx containerGuyett's company had shipped.

Former body broker pleads guilty in federal court





RALEIGH, N.C. — A former North Carolina body parts supplier pleaded guilty Monday after being accused of falsifying the medical histories of cadavers from which he harvested tissue for transplants.



Philip Guyett Jr., 41, of Moorpark, Calif., faces up to 60 years in prison and $750,000 in fines after pleading guilty to three counts of mail fraud. He was freed on $25,000 secured bond and ordered to surrender his passport until sentencing, which is scheduled for June 1.



Assistant U.S. Attorney Banunathi Rangarajan said in court that Guyette received $3,000 to $7,000 for each body he harvested.



Guyett, who lives in California, forged the identities, ages and blood samples of donors' cadavers to ensure the risky tissue could be sold, prosecutors said.



His company, Donor Referral Services Inc., also hid instances of a donor's disease or drug use. If Guyett knew a blood sample would be rejected, he would submit one from a different body, "giving the appearance the human tissue qualified for transplantation," Rangarajan said.



In accepting responsibility for his actions, Guyett said in a statement that he "assumed the checks and balances in the screening and processing would catch any problems with the tissue.
"


"I was greatly relieved when I was advised that no one was harmed by my actions," he said. "Nonetheless, I deeply regret my wrongdoing, and I apologize for any problems I may have caused.
"


Under a 10-page plea agreement, the federal government will sell Guyett's house, with proceeds going to his victims.



He also agrees to meet with investigators and to be willing to testify in any future court cases. Prosecutors have agreed not to prosecute him on additional charges but can vacate the plea if he provides false information.



Federal regulators shut down Guyett's operation in 2006, citing inaccurate paperwork and poor record-keeping. The case, along with a separate investigation into a New Jersey company that was accused of plundering corpses for body parts, raised concerns about the safety of tissue transplants and the billion-dollar industry they support.

In 2003, while Guyett was working in Las Vegas, Missouri police discovered human limbs in a leaky FedEx container his company had shipped.



The U.S. attorney's office urges patients and health care providers to report any adverse reaction which might be related to a tissue transplant to the FDA via its Web site or by calling 800-FDA-0178.

Parents' Hospital Lawsuit Says Teen Was 'Killed' For Organs

The parents of an 18-year-old who suffered a brain injury in a 2007 snowboarding accident say his doctors "intentionally killed" him to harvest his organs.



In the lawsuit filed this week in the U.S. District Court of Western Pennsylvania, Michael and Teresa Jacobs claim that doctors "hastened" their son Gregory Jacobs' death by delaying treatment and ultimately pulling his breathing tube, causing him to suffocate.



The couple said their son had not been formally declared brain dead when surgeons began the transplant procedure. They are seeking $5 million in damages.



"But for the intentional trauma or asphyxiation of Gregory Jacobs, he would have lived, or, at the very least, his life would have been prolonged," the lawsuit said.



The Bellevue, Ohio, family claim that if their son had been properly treated, he would have had a "significant chance of substantial recovery.
"


The parents have charged doctors at Hamot Medical Center in Erie, Pa., and a representative of the Center for Organ Recovery and Education (CORE) in Pittsburgh.



In prepared statements, both Hamot Medical Center and the organ center expressed condolences to the Jacobs family.



Hamot maintained that the treatment administered was "timely, appropriate and well-documented.
"


"Proper consent was received in order for his organs to be donated and the protocols that were followed were consistent with all established donation procedures," it read. "Any claims otherwise are completely baseless. While we have yet to receive formal notification of a lawsuit having been filed, we will vigorously defend against any accusations of wrongdoing.
"


The organ center also said charges against them were "baseless and untrue.
"


"As in all donation cases, CORE followed all regulated medical protocols in the case," its statement read.

Dear Senator Voinovich,
I am requesting a Federal Investigation into my brother, Allen Jackson Croft Jr.'s death. His DOB is July 28, 1958 and his DOD is May 11, 2005, address is 106 Carlion Court, Durham, NC 27713.
I am also requesting your office to have ALL records of his case file to be delivered to us, as we have been denied countless requests through the State of NC, and have been repeatedly denied for 4 years! This is an abomination to have to fight my government to tell my mother and I of the circumstances of his death, and WHY they have fought us to tell us ANSWERS! I have contacted Senator Burr, and his office told me to contact you, as you are our state senator, and completely ignored our requests.
I have asked for EVERY and ALL information from the Durham NC Sheriff's Office, the Durham Police Department, the SBI of NC, the NC OCME, the file from the District Attorney of Durham, and for release of documents from the FDA, as we believe my brother's organs were stolen, and his remains bought by Philip Guyett of Raleigh Referral Services, who is awaiting sentencing for mail fraud of sending body parts through the mail.
Also, we requested the FBI file of Durham Deputy Michael Owens, who was caught in a FBI raid of his strip club, caught on tape admitting to murders for hire, trafficking women and children for prostitution, selling cocaine, and counterfeiting, and was sentenced to only on year, under the very prison where the Durham Sheriff's Department is above?!
We want to know if my brother is mentioned on these tapes, as this was just 3 months after his murder.
PLEASE help my mother, myself, my family, and above all my brother, to obtain answers and JUSTICE!
NO family should have to fight our own government for years for answers of how their loved one died, this is an abomination, unlawful, disgusting and disgraceful!

Hello Rhonda, just read about your brother's murder and i'm deeply saddened by the fact that you have no closure on the case.  I really would like to know more about what happened and will in any  way possible fight for justice for you and your family in getting those responsible the punishment they deserve.
I have four brothers of my own and if anything of that nature happened upon them I wouldn't know what i'd do, but I know I would want justice.

Forgive me for not responding sooner, I just checked the post, I have so many friends I did not even know this was a reply to mine, so thank you do much for your thoughtfulness, compassion, and concern! Yes, it has been HELL without a doubt! I have had to fight them from the beginning, and as I just posted, hoping to get POMC to help us! I have tried EVERY person and place to copy all of my documents for their Second Opinion Service, and am sick I don't have the money to do it as soon as I want, this has also been a problem. FOIA is a joke, people don't care, and I REDUSE to leave any stone unturned to indeed, get JUSTICE for my only and dearest brother! He was to take my child if my cancer came back, so it has killed our mom, me, my daughter, and family, and I know God let him die this way for naught, and am just doing all I can to make a difference!

PLEASE help my family, and many families to obtain answers and justice for our loved ones, whom we suspect were bought, and sold by Philip Joe Guyett, who ran Donor Referral Services in Raleigh, North Carolina, who was sentenced October 5, 2009 for mail fraud, for mailing bodies through the US mail, and NOT for crimes against humanity!

I was present for this monster's sentencing, and the DOJ, and FDA have yet to identify and notify the families whose bodies were taken and sold like meat, and am still in shock and disgust that our government has REFUSED to notify the families and public!

They do NOT want this case to be opened, as it will expose the massive corruption involved in the funeral, and organ "businesses!" Mr. Guyett is not the only monster who has committed these horrific crimes, and continues each day globally!

This is a despicable reality that MUST be exposed, as these are crimes against humanity, and demand that they be considered as such, and NOT "white collar crimes," as was quoted to me after the sentencing of Guyett by US Attorney George Holding. There are no words to describe the years of suffering and lies my family and others have gone through, and is why I am here to fight to the end until there is JUSTICE for my beloved brother, and for all of the "bodies," bought and sold by this butcher!

I also ask for you to PLEASE post this on your own pages, as this is a gruesome reality that MUST be made public, because the government does not want the public to be told that funeral homes are the main criminal "suppliers," and is how monsters like Guyett have made millions of dollars in this blood curdling "industry!"

To release the documents of Philip Guyett, who was sentenced October 5, 2009 in Raleigh, North Carolina for mail fraud, for his role in mailing corpses through the US mail, to which the family of Mr. Croft suspects his body was also bought and sold by Guyett, and have been fighting for years to obtain answers and justice.

It is also to obtain an investigation, and release of information to Rhonda Fleming, of Cleveland Ohio, whom is Mr. Croft's sister, on behalf of the family.

These are crimes against humanity, and the family and public have the right to have an investigation into their loved ones death, as no family should have to "fight the government," for answers and justice.

Mr. Guyett's case is not over for the families whom are still requesting  documentation, and full disclosure. The reality that bodies are stolen and plundered are unconciable, and so is that of having an investigation into the death of a family member denied.

This document has been prepared by Rhonda Fleming, Mr Croft's sister, and we the undersigned request on behalf of human, and civil rights, to have these matters addressed forthwith with haste.
