Alright ladies and gentleman..
Take One of recording has been finished.
We went in to the studio with Andrew Smith and had some fun.
Sean laid down some great guitar tracks, and I laid down my guitar tracks, along with bass tracks. It's safe to say that both guitar and bass tracks sound pretty great. I'm really happy with them.
I also did a pretty terrible scratch track for vocals, it was for the purpose of writing harmonies to.
We changed our second recording day to next week, so next tuesday we will be going back. At that point, our dear friend Scott Melnyk will be laying down his awesome drum tracks. Probably one of my favourite parts of this recording will probably be the drums.. Scott is amazing.
I'll also be tracking lead vocals and harmonies.. then we'll mix it all up.
So soon enough, we should have a really cool recording to share with you guys!
