Ladies and Gents...

Thanks so much for checking out our music, being our friends, and leaving us tons of wonderful messages and comments. It's been an incredible year for us, and we're anxious to see what comes in the near future!

I just wanted to fill you in on some of the happenings of The Cardinal Rise. So, sit back and enjoy this short little blurb.

Writing, Writing, Writing
So, as many of you have seen, we have no shows lined up. There are great reasons for this, but the biggest one being because we are locking ourselves up in our rehearsal studio to write some stellar stuff.
It's been a year since we've actually written anything, and we're really anxious to be working on this new stuff.

What To Expect
You can expect a lot coming from The Cardinal Rise in the next six months. Our writing has and will include elements of looping, sampling, keys, synths, and all sorts of other new elements as well as music hitting as many genres as possible. Currently cooking, we have some really chill, ambient stuff we're working on, but we also have some acoustic ideas rolling around, some rock ideas rolling around, and possibly some country stuff rolling around.
...or not.

Goals?
We have them. Yes.
We aren't going to give any dates or anything like that, but our main goal for now is to write songs for an EP or an LP, record them, and get them out to you in stores, on the road, and online.
Along with those songs and the album, we are aiming to be setting up a tour or two with some crazy good bands from the Houston area. Most of which, you can see in our Top 12.
