I dreamed I was on holiday with my friends in the Lake District. We had found a note implying their eldest son was going to be kidnapped. Charlie from Numb3rs was there and I showed him the note because there was an equation and figures on the note. I believed the key to discovering the identity of the would be kidnapper in time to prevent his actions, hinged on cracking the code on the note.

Charlie told me it was possible but that first I'd have to help him by squaring two figures on the note and then subtracting the original numbers. then I would have to calculate the median of these numbers and that would give up the identity and plan of the kidnapper. While I was busy calculating he told me that "If the end result was 666, naturally we'd all be in really big trouble!" I don't remember what the actual numbers were... but I do remember that I solved the equation and we set about protecting the building from the kidnapper now that we knew his course of action. That done, I woke up.
