hello there, long time no words and all that
right, lets get down to the business
now then, i'd just like to welcome all of our new friends to 27brigade and welcome all of our old friends back once again. Thanks for your continued suppport (I am beginning to sound like a piss poor politician here, but bear with me.....), comments and all that business. Feel free to leave us a comment if you have something to say - ever. Check out the pics, i have been quite busy trying to upload a few and as we start to build our EP, I will be changing the songs around a bit and adding a couple of "classics" (if you can call 8 month old work classic) which will form part of the EP I suppose.
Things are moving along quite nicely for a part-time venture. We have had a couple of good support slots with the voom blooms and the boyfriends (morrissey's new favourite band) and are lined up to play alongside the cosmic rough riders in the very near future (31st oct at the charlotte) and there's usually a few gigs lined up in the month for you to stroll along to.
We would love to see as many of you as possible at the gigs, the more the merrier and all that, especially if some of you bowl along to fill a few of the empty rooms we've played in!
We usually get to play alongside some pretty good bands, so you're always guaranteed a varied selection of pretty good music, the next gigs are:

There will be a few CDs available at up and coming gigs as and when we get round to it for your continued listening pleasure.
We're also keen to start playing outside the Leicestershire boundary and find ourselves hitting a brick wall promoter wise. If you are a promter or just one of our friends and can suggest a venue to come and play at in your town, drop us a line and we will do our best to get on a bill somewhere with a local band.
