Under the Bush administration, the FCC has decided to correct a horrible oversight. See, up to now, the
Hearst Corporation (run by descendants of William Randolf Hearst) and poor
Rupert Murdoch has been prevented, by
government interference, from owning a few straggling newspapers and television stations. Now, thank goodness,
action is being taken to correct this outrage. Finally, we're free!
Or, if we aren't, at least we won't have to hear about it on the news.
