Is anyone out there LEFT-HANDED?  Please, if you are I really want to know.  Do any of you left handers out there have any interesting stories about BEING left-handed?  I have been reading some pretty interesting things about the persecution of Left Handers.  I read horrible stories about Left-handers being BURNED AT THE STAKE just because they were left handed.  What is that about?  Look up  the word "Sinister" in the dictionary and you'll see "Left-Handed" as a definition.  Wow!  If anyone out there has anything interesting to say about their experience as a left-hander, please email me and tell me what it is!!!!

i am left handed.  Parents tried to convert me to the right.  The hardest thing i have dealt with is scissors and desk in school.  No one ever had left handed scissors and all the desk were made for right handed people.  I had to put my book on the desk and write in my lap.  The latest left handed problem was learning to crochet.  I was told many times that i would never be able to learn becuase i was left handed.  Finally my sister in law taught herself to crochet left handed then taught me.

Very interesting!  There are probably many more adjustments you've had to make without realizing it, too.  I always had trouble writing in spiral notebooks, so I started writing in them from back to front.
