Returned from a beautiful trip to Maputo, Mozambique. Spent two weeks making music for the nacional dancecompany there and met so much nice people. Had the pleasure of working together with the famous Timbilaplayer Eduardo Duaro and his Ensemble. Highlights came every afternoon listening to the groups rehearsals under the backyard mangotree of the theatre. Could go back any time and hoping to do so..





Anyway back home preparing for the summer. Looking specially forward to a week in New York doing four small clubvenues. Among them Deep Spacel with the great Francois Kevorkian and doing three concerts at The Nublu club in east village. Will be my first "real" trip to New York. Heard much a bout a interresting and growing new jazzscene there again and look forward to check it out. Will be there from 9.June
