Well it's been just over a week since we got back from our little midwest jaunt.We had a great time,we got to see a lot of friends as well as meet a lot of new people.All four shows were a blast.We will be in the midwest area again in July for Cornerstone,so if you missed hose shows maybe you can catch us there.Here's a little recap of each show.

Ft. Wayne,IN

We had an early morning flight.We had to get up at 3am to make it to the San Diego airport for our flight.We arrived in Chicago in the afternoon and began our trek to Ft. Wayne. It was defintiely a long day. We showed up right before the show started and it was a pretty good turn out.All the locals had everyone dancing like crazy.Inked in Blood did an amazing job, everyone was into it. By the time we played we were pretty spent.We had some guitar problems we had to work out so that took a little bit then Itook a spill off the very small stage.Minus all the early stuff the show was awesome. All the kids were going off and having a great time. So good job Indiana,way to come out and support!

Grand Ledge,MI

The next day we made our way to Michigan. I don't even remember the last time we played Michigan. I know we never have since i have been in the band so i was definitely excited. We were defintiely excited to play the show but we were also meeting up with Jesus Wept for the first time. We got to the show and hung out for a while.We met and talked with all kinds of new people,so that was awesome. The room started to fill up pretty well as the show went on. Jesus Wept did an awesome job.this was my first time seeing them live and they sounded gret. the new stuff is awesome and everyone seemed to be really into it. Inked in Blood was up next and blew it up as usual. Those guys just keep getting better and better everytime i see them.We defintiely started the show a lot better then the night before.Everything seemed on and there were tons of sing alongs and pile ons which suprised me cause it took the kids a few songs before they finally just went bezerk! Good show Michigan and special thanks to Ally and Chris for putting all of us up and cooking dinner and getting breakfast. You guys are great!

Dayton,OH

Our drive form Michigan wasn't too bad.We stopped at a Chili's for lunch with the Jesus Wept guys and started catching up. We made it too the show a little early so it was good to chill a little bit before everything started.Jesus Wept was nothing short of great. Inked in Blood was there usual awesome self.We had a fun time.Most everybody was moving and singing along as well as just raging at the front of the stage. Very good show and the venue was fun as well.this was our last show with Inked in Blood so it sucked we had to seperate. Those guys are a great band and even better people. I am so glad we did these shows with them cause they are awesome awesome dudes.

Arlington Heights,IL

We drove a couple hours after the Dayton show to make are drive a little less daunting the day of the show.Plus we wanted to show up early and eat at Portillo's and meet up with some old friends.I have to admit,we were all a little skeptical about the show because we never have done that well in Chicago.We showed up early and Jesus Wept set up. There set was awesome and there were a ton of kids going off and singing along.They had to leave right after they played because they had make the drive all the way home for work the next morning.It was awesome seeing all those guys again and being able to spend a few days together was really great.By the time Blood In Blood Out played after them and they did really well. They had the whole place dancing like crazy.By the time we got up there the room really filled out.I must say this was probably the best show of the whole weekend.Kids were just destrying that place non stop the whole night! Big time sing alongs and pile on's! A big thank you goes out to Shane for doing the show as well as our long time dear friends Clint and Minh.Thank you very much Chicagoand all the people who came up to us and talked to us as well as all the new people we met.
