Hey Folks,
Hope you had a great fantastic week and you're settling into this wonderful thing known as "fall"... otherwise known as "the off season" for most of us - especially me... I'm so "off" right now I don't know if I'll ever get back ON. (and no chirping from you folks down at the LA Tri Club or other warm parts of the world... I dont care that it's 80 degrees down there and you can train all year... kiss my a$$ 
)
