Current mood:  cheerful
I've just uploaded a completely new, spanking fresh, right out of the oven, -track called "Bombay by night". I've been working on this track since April but have not finished it until now. There's no relation to recent events in Bombay in case you were wondering.

Also, a few people have asked where they can buy my CD. Well, you can't cause it doesn't exist, however, I've got good connections to pressing plants, CD duplication companies etc. , so it wouldn't be difficult getting one done and put up for sale. I'd just like an idea of how many people who are interested to see if it's worth doing?
Please post here if interested.

I might also make it available on iTunes/CD Baby for download, if that's easier.

Thanks for spreading the word Son. Embedding my songs would be exactly what iTunes is for, isn't it?
I really am not too keen on the standard player, too often you there's no streaming or disrupted streaming.

Sounds great! Thanks. As far as a CD, just provide a download, and I'll burn the CD for myself. Can't you bypass some of the cost that would tranfer to the cost of the CD that way? Then we can get the tunes for less as well. I look forward to hearing more of your music.

i would definetely be interested in the prospect of a cd. i suppose i'm a bit old-school. i prefer a physical disc, that's just me. although, from an artist standpoint, iTunes should be in the equation. i too wrestled with putting my own flash player up, but in the end decided the crappy myspace player was more accessible, ie., people adding songs to profile (as already stated), and getting an idea of the response to the individual songs. although, i'm not complaining. as a music lover i would prefer 8 songs, or whatever, instead of 4. by the way, there are very few unsigned artists that ALL of the tracks they have posted are of equal strength. kudos to you. the new track is great, by the way. ok. i have officially put in my two cents and am starting to sound like a school girl. peace - p.c.

I like the idea of having the CD made out by request, packaged and sent to my home address. All in one "buy" click.

2 kudos for worth doing.

Had this thought just now that perhaps already crossed your mind and browser eons ago, but nevertheless,... check out Bizzy's profile at http://www.myspace.com/drexciyan. He has put all his work under a Creative Commons licence, which I also believe to be a great choice for an artist these days. Give it a thought or two...

take care,
-vedic

I'd certainly be interested fella.  I prefer downloads to CDs myself, but either is good.  Go for it - is there any reason not to?

sounds like you should do both. that must be why i see no songs.. because you have a flash player or something. to me it looks as if you have nothing to hear, guess i need to download something or something.
