During the 90 degree heat wave of a previous week, I had 3 pants get ripped.  That seems like a new record for me, for pants destruction in a weekly time frame.  I should contact mythbusters and have them test if hot weather and the sweating reaction of the human body- causes pants to lose their integrity. 

So I bought some new pants.   Some that were made in Madagascar of all places.    I know soon enough these will find weak points to rip too, and the process of buying some pants and looking where they were made, will bring ever growing excitement in my life.  

During such events like the 3 ripped pants week, I start to think about kilts.....na
