Hi everybody... or anybody?  Not sure if anyone ever reads my postings?  But it’s to be expected because I RARELY post anything lol.  But I’m in the mood so here goes!

I just uploaded a new default pic.  A photo Goron Hawkins took.  He took some cool intense shots which I like.

I went to TEXAS for the first time last week.  It was a BLAST and a half!  It was for SXSW, a huge music fest.  I met some industry people and handed my new demo to those that would take it.  There were some jerks who wouldn’t.  But anyway, it was such a party.  The streets were packed with people and there was live music at almost every venue.  AND... pretty much all the venues were within walking distance which is awesome for a walking drunk like me. LOL (hey, I like to party!).  Austin, is a great city.  I can’t wait to go back.! 

Next Saturday I’m off to Nashville again.  I’ll be meeting a few people and hopefully will get a chance to play at the Bluebird.  Even though the "legendary" place makes me crack up when I look at how old and faded their sign is, and how it’s in a beat up old plaza lot, it would still be cool to say I played there!  I’ll also be playing at Losers, the Commodore and some other open mics such as Broken Spoke, etc.  There’s a songwriter’s festival happening that week and I hope to meet some of them and see if they’d like to collaborate. If they know what’s good for them they will!!!  haha

Anyhoo, other than my music life, my life is pretty alright.  I spent about 5 hours today trying to set up a new dining room hutch thingy that I bought from JYSK (similar to IKEA), and ya, a billion parts and 30+ pages of wordless instructions.  Fun fun. 

Tonight I’ll probably hang out with my sister and friends, have some drinks, and maybe play dominoes (don’t laugh, it’s fun, and I AM cool)!

Oh ya... tomorrow is my birthday!  Ya, I’m finally 21!!
