Hello all..

We will be closing from June 13 through June 19th. The last day we will ship orders will be Friday June 12th, so this means that any order placed after Friday AM around 9 AM EST will NOT start to ship until Monday, June 22nd.

I want to make all of this very clear ahead of time so that there are no misunderstandings.

If you are presently planning an order, now is the time to place it. We will be open for ordering during June 13-19, and the site will accept orders, but we will not be shipping orders until after June 19th (and since that is a Friday, this means the first orders will start going out Monday June 22nd!

If you order while we are closed, please consider the following things. Our regular speedy delivery will NOT apply. I will be plastering the site, order form and order confirmation emails with this information so that everyone knows not to expect our usual lightning speed.

Ordering at the beginning of the closing will ensure that your order is processed first when we begin processing again... ordering towards the end of the closing means that your order will be under a heap of orders ahead of it.

I estimate that there will be turnaround times of up to 10 business days until we work through the pile of orders. (Of course, if you placed your order at the end of our closing, the longer turnaround time applies more so...).

I don't want anyone to be disappointed or get upset that an order placed June 12th will not ship until June 22nd. I realize this type of turnaround time is considered normal, or even "fast" with other small mineral makeup companies- but with Aromaleigh, we usually ship within 1 day. And our customers expect this lightning fast shipment. Anything less than this can result in a flood of sheer panicked emails.

So please... if you can, order before June 10th. it will make everything smoother for all of us. I am trying to encourage as many orders placed before the closing as possible, so that it is a light week and there are not too many snags.

Yes, I am going on a much-needed family vacation! I will have my laptop and wifi- but I will only be on the computer for a short period each night, as I really need a break or else I will totally burn out. I have not taken a real vacation (more than 2 or 3 days) since 1997!!!!
