This is a formal public note to bring awareness to an act of infringement against our corporation by an unfamiliar company based in the United Kingdom. This will serve as official notice that PYO (nor any of it's branches, divisions or affiliates) do not, have not and will not ever work with ill Flava Records / Digital Dreamspace nor the individual Ephi Raymond (aka RJ or Baby Ray). These companies have been using our names and popularity to help promote their own artists and companies. For the record, there is no PYO office in the United Kingdom and surely no ill Flava office in Los Angeles. PYO does not have anyone representing for us other than PYO Entertainment International Inc. The above-mentioned companies and individual are unauthorized to use our names and likenesses as they have been doing on their respective sites and on other public sites such as Wikipedia. We have contacted all of the above-mentioned companies and they offered no acceptable explanation as to why they have performed their actions. They then proceeded to offer their services to us in order to keep this notice from surfacing. We have denied those services. We feel this is a very malicious act and PYO does not warrant nor accept this type of activity. Do not deal with ill Flava Records or Digital Dreamspace on our behalf as they have nothing to do with our company nor any of it's international divisions. We only work with specific entities in the UK, presently RedMusicUK.
