Why I will not use the word INFIDEL

I've been asked why I object to using the term Infidel to describe myself or anyone else against ISLAM.

Well I have learned that Words hold POWER.  They can be
full of Good, love and kindness or they can be full of hate, evil
 and hopelessness.

Also learning about the meaning of words and finding out their
root meanings is where wisdom comes from.

With the use of some words being HIGH JACKED by
ignorant people and used improperly,  we as a society lose
sight of the residual Energy behind the spoken word.

Many of my friends who do not read the Bible will be shocked
to find out that the word INFIDEL is God's chosen word to
describe someone that God has lost favor with and has turned
away from anything Righteous or Godly, like His words of
 encouragement and teaching!

As with many of the scripture that has been placed into the
Qur'an /Koran the real word of God has been misused,
misrepresented and in many cases changed into pure lies.

I don't want any of you to label yourself as an Infidel because
God uses that word as a description of those people who are
 evil.

The Word of God says,

2 Corinthians 6:15
And what concord hath Christ with Belial (Satan)? or what
part hath he that believeth with an infidel?

1 Timothy 5:8
But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those
of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than
 an infidel.

Remember that the Word of God has POWER.  If God says
that an infidel is bad, then you are all posting this negative
 energy on yourself.

What is an infidel?

    It is a Religious word

used as a noun:
a person who does not accept a particular faith, esp.
 Christianity.

(in Christian use) an unbeliever, esp. a Muslim.

(in Muslim use) a person who does not accept the Islamic faith;
 kaffir.

a person who has no religious faith; unbeliever.

(loosely) a person who disbelieves or doubts a particular
 theory, belief, creed, etc.; skeptic.

–adjective
   not accepting a particular faith, esp. Christianity or Islam;
 heathen.
  without religious faith.
due to or manifesting unbelief: infidel ideas.
rejecting the Christian religion while accepting no other; not
believing in the Bible or any Christian divine revelation.

So every time a Christ follower calls himself or herself an
Infidel in all reality you are not blessing yourself, rather you
are taking the misused word that the Muslims high jacked and
 cursing yourself with further negativity.

The Muslims call us  Infidels as an insult and you think that
by  taking that name you are being OPPOSITIONAL to their
movement, however I'm hoping you all will consider that you
have labeled yourselves with their title and therefore
 misaligning your allegiance to God.

Just a thought for your consideration.

Team Infidel has survived direct contact in forward Iraq. The token term infidel was a mockery of those who worship a false god. We did not and do not belive we are unsaved because some cult called us infidels.

All are born into sin- Infidels....only saved by the grace of our saviour Jesus Christ.
Accepting Christ does not make you a non-sinner..We all will continue to sin, though we are to try to follow Gods word- still we are sinners. To say we are not sinners saved by the grace of God would be a lie.

So, I disagree with what you've said. If one BELIEVES he is a unsaved infidel/sinner and has a worry of the negative simply because of the word that we are all born into..we are cursed? But yet the Bible says we all are sinners saved by the grace of God.

I also know that God knows my heart and my allegiance.

There is a time for anger and even Christ experienced it.
Infidel to me means not forgetting what these people have done and plan to do for the sake of their cult and also telling others so that they will be aware.

I don't know where you got your bible from or from what faith.

Why do you believe all others post as true wulf?

2 Corinthians 6:15
What accord is there between Christ and Belial, what common lot between believer and unbeliever.

as you see now, the believer is the follower of the Quran.

BELIEVING in JESUS 4 MIRACLES!

Well basically many people on line now are calling themselves INFIDELS, WULF made a group which used that name. I didn't want to join that name and I posted why after many of my friends here asked why not because they all like WULF

my point stands - I use the word of God which calls an infidel a bad word. I don't associate with the negative energy that GOD GAVE THAT WORD. Not my value system you understand, BUT GOD'S WORD SAYS SO
