The new CD by the Allan Ganley Legacy Big Band, 'June Time' just came in the post and it's a real honour to have been involved with the recording of this music. Allan was a great musician, a huge figure on the UK jazz scene for the last 50 years who sadly passed away last year. Just listening back to the record I think you can hear just what an amazing craft Allan had in writing for big band.
