Quite an impressive list of accomplishments chef, I worked for Disney back in 1998 at Mama Melrose at MGM and then at Flying Fish Cafe after culinary school in 1999. Where did you work?

I worked at various resorts and was on the opening team of Disney's Animal Kingdom. I worked as a server, bartender and line cook at Narcoossee's in the Grand Floridian Resort for four years. I also worked at the Yacht and Beach Club, Polynesian Resort, Wilderness Lodge. Great time of my life. Ten years of Magic!
