Hello everybody,

I spent most of August 2008 overseas!

First week I was doing a residency at Sundeck Hotel in the snowy mountains, right on the skifields, Perisher Blue. My trio (composing of Byron Mark keyss and percussion and Luke Koteras on guitar and vocals) did a good job entertaining the skiers and snowboarders, had an even better time carving up the snow on some of the best runs Australias largest ski resort could offer.

I was in Paihia New Zealand to play at the Bay of Islands Jazz and Blues festival early August. Had a great time playing my own solo acoustic shows, and even got to jam with the kiwi cream of the crop blues artists on the sunday night jam session.

The Philippines, as always, was awesome. I caught up with most of my family, hung out with a couple of old friends and even had time to play at my cousins bar "Booze Stop" (9745 Kamagong St Makati). The highlight would have to be appearing on the ABS CBN morning show "umagang kay ganda". I have posted the youtube clip of the live performance of my song "what then" (from my first album "i think i know")... I wanna give a shout out to Shirley May, Hannah Lagazo, Abbie Valle and Chere Gioskos, you ladies rock!

Salamat!
