Anyway tho, you liked the Basquait movie? Not me, hell nah. I think Basquait was much better looking and more articulate and charismatic in Downtown 81 than the actor was in "Basquait." I think Downtown 81 was duh shit tho. I found it unnecessary to make a biopic on Basquait because the man himself was really a star and he handled the role of his own life and work perfectly in DwnTwn 81. He was so compelling and exciting in that movie, I found the whole film to be so, however i didn't find the actor in the later biopic to be nearly so.

Just sharin my thoughts tho. You're the genius, so you know what you talkin bout.


You like James Chance tho? N' DNA? I really dig no wave. You like Glenn O'brien's work like the TV Party show? Glenn O'brien was the man until like after downtown 81. Now he is like VH1 1998.


You know who is DUH F -in' SHIT tho? Amos Poe. He gave came to my school last semester and there was like 15 people there to see him, shit you not.
I was freaking out, and no one at SVA digs Amos Poe? W duh T?!
So anyway, since there wasn't many people there I got to talk to him a lot. Awesome, awesome dude.

Are you thinking about doing film making anytime soon? If so, try to work with Amos Poe, I can definitely see
