Our Canadian live debut of Ten Thousand happens this
Saturday at The Gateway on the SAIT campus, in the Student Centre
building. There is plenty of parking (especially if you exploit the
ACAD lot) and it is right on the LRT line. We picked that venue because
we think it is a good middle ground between the rock clubs and folk
clubs we play. If you want to sit, sit. If you want to dance, dance. We
are right chuffed (as the English say) to play in Calgary again after
the tour overseas. Really.
Advance tickets are available at Megatunes and Sloth Records for a mere
$10. Get them quickly. Woodpigeon is opening. Big time, boss, big time.
Those of you in England who have recently become our friends can check
them out at the End of the Road festival this September.
Winnipegers and Vancouverites, look at the Gigs section of this page. The Agnostic MGC will be there in the following weeks.
Speaking of the English, Irish, Scottish, and Welsh, our tour went so
well in your countries we might be back for a few dates in the fall,
schedule permitting. Check the web page next month to see if it's
happening. Thanks for coming to the gigs, buying the CDs, and hanging
our after the shows. You're the tops, you are.
