Our dear friend Van Dyke Parks recently visited Australia as part of a music industry convention held in Brisbane. As you might know Van Dyke has been a long time member of the Silverchair family working with us  on orchestral arrangements for Diorama & Young Modern (his nickname for Daniel has always been Young Modern).

We wanted to draw your attention to some news pieces for those of you who are interested in reading more about Van Dyke's work.

Wow, good of you to share these links.  His work on Diorama is some of my favorite.  In a time when quality is somemtimes taking a hit due to what's happening in the industry, it's great to see you power out huge sounding albums with massive orchestrations.  Some of us notice!

Fantastic, thank you for the links. I adore his arrangements. Apart from his work with Silverchair obviously, I've particularly enjoyed his work with Joanna Newsom & Inara George.
