Hello there,
 
The official film clip for "Come Clean" is now up online. You can watch it here on YouTube, or in slightly better quality here on Vimeo. It is also up on our site and myspace. It was directed and shot by our good mate Natalie van den Dungen, last year when we were on tour in Europe. Originally it was a one shot clip, all done in an amazing old cotton factory that has been turned into various galleries and workshops in Leipzig, but as we re-recorded the song earlier this year there are now a couple of edits in it.  And edits never hurt anybody, okay?
 
There are a couple more films on the way too - two more clips for songs from the new album, and a short doco/live film about that particular tour. Plans are underway for a low key Melbourne screening of all this stuff in the next few weeks. Will keep you posted.
 
Secondly, I just remembered (very late notice) that I have a gig tonight at Melbourne's own Make It Up Club. This is at Bar Open in Fitzroy and will be an improvised duo with Kiwi Stefan Neville (aka Pumice). I haven't played anything along these lines for a while, but in fact my beginnings in playing music were all in this more experimental vein and were intrinsically tied in with the MIUC. It's on every Tuesday at Bar Open and has now been running for 11 odd years - it's well worth checking out. Also on the bill is virtuosic vocalist and old mate Carolyn Connors in duo with Wollongong axe maniac Gary Butler. 8.30 for a 9pm start.
