Hey All,

I'm starting my long-awaited Europe tour today, where I'll be playing tracks from my new album Baboon Strength. Hope you can all make it. Tell me what you think.

Charlie

Hy Charlie, I am becoming a huge fan of your great music works since I had listened to "Friends Seen & Unseen" album for the very first time!! I dig your latest album as well, even if It's a little bit different from your previous ones, in terms of musical genres, but I like the way you change directions from one album to one another...It's always a work in progress:)...I wish you much success with the European tour and I hope to catch you play alive in Italy one day very soon!!!! Hi Charlie,

Well, what to say? I saw you in Utrecht in March this year, and again last saturday in Gent (Belgium). I'm the lucky bastard who saw you twice this year! Both shows where great and it's goord to see that the three of you have a lot of fun on stage.

Besides that the music is killing. I've all of your records and see and hear your playing evolving from jazz to funk, rock, pop, techno... whatever! The most important fact is that it's great music. And you're a master on your instrument. It's hard to explain, but the bass playing and guitar playing weave together in a funky, grooving style with lots of rhythmic and melodic surprises. The 'flamenco'-style interlude in 'Fine Corinthan Leather' you played on stage is great! After all these years your style is still evolving and you brought this instrument to a (extreme) new level.

Small tip for your upcoming shows... tell the audience about Baboon Strenght. Sell your CD or tell them that they can download it by iTunes. Now that you've gone 'Indie' you've to sell yourself ;-)

Thanks for the great evening and keep up the good works!
