Attention!

As we all march forth into the digital age, we want to make sure you’re all fully equipped with the knowledge you need to survive in this new and ever-changing landscape. Leading the troops will be Colonel Mullighan, who will chair the event, which features filmmaker and digital marketer Harriet Fleuriot and Ingrid Kopp, Head of Shooting People’s US Operations. The three will guide you through a series of panel discussions, case studies, practical exercises and networking.

We’ll be looking at what’s new in funding, crowd sourcing, production and distribution; which social network you should be using for your film; we’ll give you a crash course in blogs and vlogs; our top ten tips from basic html coding to video compressions rates; how social media can help you, and how you can help yourself stay on top of things.

Using recent case studies, we’ll be looking at how films such as Franny Armstrong’s ‘Age of Stupid’ broke new ground in the way filmmakers can approach the their projects, opening up radical and exciting new possibilities.

....Oh, and we’ll be rounding off the afternoon with a networking session in the salubrious surrounds of the Frontline club.
