Ok this is probably going to have a lot of and then's and umms and uuuuhhhhs, lol's, omg, amazing, rad's and awesome's please excuse my foolish state.

A little history on the months, weeks, days hours to this concert. I won tickets off sophie I had tried alllll week I bought a ticket the day just in case I didn't win. The last hour of the last day for the contest I won! cool! Thanks RadioSophie.com (request Gavin's song!)

So Gavin finally decides to join twitter...I hardly ever "tweeted" then he gets it and LOL I becoming a twittering nutcase. (sorry Gavin) He responds to a question I ask (not directly ) I was in awe then the following week he sends me a direct message and that was even ..wow lol So I have been "harrassing" him on twitter ever since and it paid off (in my eyes) for me, this comes later at my meet and greet.

About 3 weeks ago lambie posted the KPRI meet and greet and that day I called in and won the meet and greet I answer the question who did Gavin marry in 2002..duh right? Can't believe I got through on a cellphone. Thank you kprifm.com (once again request!) Incredible I was IMPATIENTLY ANTICIPATING this day and when the time drew closer I was feeling sick and nervous lol

So yeah there is my "history"

The day finally came yesterday and the long wait all these months was soooo worth it OMG. Let's go...

I got to House of Blues with my best friend at 20 til 6pm and there was only two girls waiting..cool. but it really didn't matter because we had to go to and meet the people from the radio station at 7:30 for the meet and greet. We were able to hear the soundcheck for Chemicals soo awesome to hear it! It made me even more amped up and sick! lol finally after the wait and listening to this older obnoxious drunk woman knowing the doors opened at 7pm, saying to hurry up and open the doors beacuse she had to pee, they let us in. We pretty much ran to the bar and grabbed a drink. I walked over to the stage and I notice a familiar face...it was Dora from the member forum! We had been emailing eachother that day saying we wanted to meet up so she was sooooo nice and cool! We also met her husband and he was nice and very supportive of her loving gavin ;)

My friends met us at the stage and held mine and my best friends spot near Dora and we went to the meet and Greet. They handed us Promo pictures to have signed and I took my BUSH book from sixteen stone tour there were about 3 sets of groups waiting to meet him and when we were the next to go inside we peeked in to see him and wow just wow lol. (like I have never seen him) So our turn to go in and there is one group of older women talking to him i turned to my friend and said omg omg I am not going to be able to say anything it was a mutual feeling between her and I lol. I was thinking how are these women able to talk to him so smoothly..I'm an idiot. I knew I was going to choke up, and I did. LOL

My turn- My meet and greet He was so incredibly nice to me! I am so so so happy right now I am beaming everytime someone asks me or textes me how the show went I just smile and say it was unbelievably awesome. I said Hi I'm Athena and he remembered me and twitter (seeeee lol) Gavin you're awesome and I hope if I ever meet you again I will remember how to speak and have a conversation like any other human being. I never thought this was going to happen to me but when we walked away I was so happy my eyes teared up and my best friend gave me a hug ...man we were on cloud 9 the whole time and still are! We headed back to our saved spots right at the barrier. I got to stand by Dora the whole time right up front which was fucking awesome!!!!!!! Nico Vega was amazing! my cousin and her husband are now fans of them. She's an excellent performer she's so gorgeous too!

Btw I hate HOB security they are assholes. The security guy took my camera other people were taking pics and he took mine. YES I wasn't supposed to be taking pics but...well ya know you'd feel the same way. so to HOB security from last night...go F yourselves. hah ok done with that. He gave the camera back seeing how upset I was but he gave it to my cousin and said not to give it to me. Luckily my best friend had her camera still she took a good amount of video and pictures. The set list is also on there...I didn't get a copy no one would get me one..whatever hah. I took a pic of it and told the lady that had it to join the forum hahha

They played Fugitive first fuck it was so fucking amazing the energy was insane when they came out! It was better than the show in LA for the sidekick grammy concert.(obviously because of the type of shows they were) I can't really tell you exactly how I felt on every song he played because I was so pumped with adrenaline the whole time and I was in my own world. I am not good at reviews I can't go over every song I can get somewhat forgetful on things when I am feeling this way. But I can tell you overall they were completely AMAZING INCREDIBLE UNSPEAKABLY FUCKING BRILLIANT last night. The performance..WOW everyone in that room I felt was connected to this amazing band. They really do give it their all and god definitely Gavin, he doesn't lie about performing as if it were his last show ever. He came up to Dora and grinded his guitar on the barrier that was HOT and intense and I of course had to place my hand on his while he was grinding the barrier. (excellent pic of him and her while that was going on) and He came down and placed his hand/arm on my shoulder while he was playing and he leaned on me his hair was dripping on me (literally hahha it's cool!) and his head was on top of mine...fuck it was an incredible show it blew me away and the other people I was there with.

After the show we waited and waited but not too long and the HOB security once again were being so stupid they were making stupid remarks like..Oh sorry he went out the other way hahha! ugh and standing like they were "tough" uhhh no.

When gave came out he was very apologetic for taking a long time to come out (according to him) but he didn't take long to come out at all. He saw us first and we left quickly after. He is the sweetest guy! god he's so rad!

I have 2 more shows to go!
