Please note: To those that contacted me about being an extra for Heaven and Hell previously, and you are under 18, please let me know, as I will need a parent's signature (on my personally written waiver) before the shoot. So in other words, just let me know and I will e-mail you the waiver. No signed waiver, no dice!
