LOVING ANNabelle will definitely appeal to lesbian audiences. Why is that we love those schoolgirl films? Maybe its because a lot of us need to move on from our teenage issues and have a real life. This is the case in this film about a teacher at an all-girls boarding school who deals with the classic class bitch and mousy characters. But with the help of the new student she starts on a path to more fulfilling existence.
GYPO is just that. Its a gorilla production that goes on for an hour before theres even a glimmer of gay content or a story. People who like artsy-fartsy film may like it, and if you can make it through the first part about Helen without turning it off, youll probably be able to watch the whole thing.
Gypsies, Tramps, and thieves is similar to GYPO in that its not quite clear what its about or how the characters identify themselves. But some viewers like ambiguity, and this short about two teenage girls has that.
