Hi Everyone...
Just wanted to share some Hallowe'en family festivities and my costume for 2007! With all my Myspace friends attending and talking of FaerieCon (I hope to go some day!) I decided this Hallowe'en would be my opportunity to dress as a Fairy...






This lovely dress was made my aunt Ruby, who is an amazing seamstress! And I made the wings from fabric mache.

It's been quite some time (especially being an apartment dweller for the most part) since I've had the fun of carving pumpkins. So it was really nice to get together with family to make jack'o'lanterns and eat roasted pumpkin seeds!!





Mom, Ruby and Tabitha - it's great to be back home so I can spend more time with all of you, thank-you for all your suggestions and help with my costume :)

As I said in response to your comment, what a lovely and beautifully colored costume! I love those wings, they like as though they have fallen right from a tree in mid-autumn.

We carved our pumpkin today, as well, and Anastasia was so excited to participate. She is my favorite little hobgoblin! It looks as though you and your family had an equally productive and enjoyable time, with the bounty of carved creatures that I see that you all created. Isn't it wonderful to make holiday magic?
