Treehouse Productions - Meridias Entertainment is working on several film packages consisting of six films per package and has recently signed a contract 5-20-08 in Universal City with a funder who will provide funding of $90Million for each 6-Film Package.

Treehouse Productions is to acquire and place $10Million into a short term trust account for a duration of 180 days for each package. As we assimilate the initial funds from various sources, in the process of doing so, we are paying $100K to the referring party who is tied to temporary funds in these amounts. The depositor has -0- risk and the funds never go hard. The funder simply uses the funds on deposit as leverage to acquire the $90M in funds. The temporary funds will be locked with no withdrawal capability by Meridias Entertainment. The depositor will receive $100K (1 Point) for parking the funds plus bank interest during the $90Million funding period. The person referring or arranging the initial $10M deposit of funds will receive $100K upon funding of the $90Million. A SAG Attorney is associated to this deal and the funding group and will oversee the guarantee of $100K to the depositor, as well the additional $100K for the referring party. Keep in mind the $10M would be coming from a financial source you would refer to us to qualify for the $100K referral fee. We are paying $100K to the party providing the the temporary deposit to us for the 120-180 days plus bank interest, and an additional $100K to the person referring the private party capable of coming up with $10M in funds for deposit into our account. The deposit would be made into the bank account of Meridias Entertainment for 120-180 days to establish an average daily balance of $10M for this particular project. Upon funding of the $90M, the depositor and referring party would be paid $100K each and the $10M would be withdrawn by the party putting up the $10M.
