BAND BOOKING.
PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY!!! before replying, most FAQ's are answered below...thank you.
We are booking shows on Friday and Saturday nights. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Q: Can my brother and I play nose harmonica? my aunt Betsy loves it. A: We're only booking bands that can guarantee at least 10-15 guests/drinkers coming with them.
Q: Can we charge $20 at the door since we won't know anyone or care what they pay to see us? A: There is no cover charge at the door. This is a small venue/local watering hole. (approx. 75 capacity) Our crowd is full of regulars and live music fans. We're doing this for our community.
Q: The last place we played gave us $7000 because we're awesome, will you? A: The pay is 50 bucks flat. (+ a couple of free drink tokens for each band member.)
Q: We're available on Mondays at noon, okay to play then? A: Bands are only scheduled for Friday and Saturday nights, 10pm-1am.
Q: We're from Sardonia but will be passing through and sleeping on my cousin's floor. Can we play? A: The more local the better, but we are not opposed to booking bands from a distance if you can guarantee a decent following. Please don't say you're bringing 20 people, when you know it's 5 including your dog.
Q: Do you really need to hear our stuff? My mom says I'm the next Bruce Hornsby! A: We might too, there is no specific sound we're looking for but we are being picky. Nothing personal, but we know what we like. Submit what you've got!
Q: Can we set up at noon and go chill in the city 'til it's time to play? A: Shows must be booked 10pm-1am, no earlier...please make sure you can fill most of that time slot. We serve food until 10pm, so set-up can't be too early as it may interfere with the kitchen. We can, however, store some equipment in the corner until your show. Again, please keep a 3-hour slot in mind, ending at 1am.
Q: Our set is 12 minutes long but we can stretch it to 15 if we have to, cool? A: If your set is short and you want to bring another band with you, let us know about that too. The pay/drink tokens go to the main band, you do with it what you want.
Q: I don't feel like bringing my drums, can I just bang bar stools? A: We have a house monitor/PA and mic stand, but you are responsible for all other equipment. There is no house drum kit, you must bring yours.
Q: Cool if my little sister comes? she just jumps rope in the corner anyway. A: Sure, if by little you mean short. All of your guests must be 21+ up!
Q: Can you print us fliers? we just don't have the time. A: Feel free to create your own fliers/posters, link them to us and drop them off. We'll distribute them for you, and advertise the show through myspace & our mailing list as well. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- to CONTACT: Please mail your press kit or demo & info directly to:

Guest nights vary but we can discuss that later. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
