Loneliness

It seems that I am by myself in a black hole,
Its a big chasm with no way for me to get out,
Lonely as a motherless new born foal,
I sit around here solitarily and I pout.

Time and time again I'm told I make the perfect friend,
But that's where it stops I get locked in that zone,
Never do I believe that my heart will ever finally mend,
For it seems I am eternally destined to live my life alone.

So I sit here by myself waiting for a miracle to happen some day,
But experience has taught me it is a thing that I will never know,
For a woman to say yes I have feelings for you in that special way,
But I don't believe it is possible, because all I ever hear is no.

Now I’m waiting for someone special to come along,
To take me away from this close to 7 year hell,
Who ever wrote the script of my life did so very wrong,
They left out the part where a woman's and my heart gel.
