I will certainly step up my prayers for you Pastor.  I believe that it is coming due to the persecution that has come against you.  The fact that the weapon or gun was small, a pistol, and then became a shotgun tells me that the persecution is becoming greater.  The impact is greater.  The idea that it is coming or has come with such an impact that it threw you THROUGH a wall and window (breakthrough) and you landed at the ENTRANCE of the church is interesting!  The foreboding "presence" that you felt just prior to this shooting is indicative of the "warfare" that is apparent in the church right now!  You didn't mention where you were shot, what part of the body?  Was it the chest or the back?  It is important to know this!  I will follow up later...off to work!

Deb, in the dreams I am shot in the chest. Interestingly I saw the shot blow my chest open, but I did not die.

 

Perhaps God is trying to tell you that He is going to get to the heart of the matter and it will blow you away! 
 

Your heart is exposed!
 

I have had several dreams and some God has interpreted and others I and friends have figured out. I will give you a few things to think about, but ultimately you will have to pray and ask God to reveal what he is trying to show you. Here are some thoughts.


1. remains the same in every dream is that I walk around a corner in my church and as I step around that corner

   step or coming around a corner makes me think you are ending something and starting   something else. Maybe even a new way of ministry or a new thinking and leaving behind old ways or thinking.

2. The first couple of times it was with a pistol but the last several times it has been with a shot gun. 
 3. I usually wake up  but the shot hit me and blow me through a wall and window by the front door and laying at the entrance of the church. 

   the pistol wouldn't blow you through a wall and you may only get wounded, but a shot gun has definate intent to blow you through the wall or kick you right out of the church and or kill you. The warfare the enemy is using is increasing in strength. Remember this is spiritual.

4. it is dark and foggy in the church, and eery feeling. 

  The presence of the enemy. You may even feel this in the church for real, but God is showing you it is the enemy spiritually. Remember the weapons of OUR warfare are not carnal but mightly through the pulling down of strongholds and casting down every high thing that exalts itself above Jesus Christ. maybe do some renouncing and perhaps others can with you... stand in unity praying for the church coming against the enemy that would destroy you.

5.I have been in various places in the building doing something,
  your ministry is under attack.

6. alwasys end with me coming around the corner from where the stairwell is and as I turn toward the office doors I get shot point blank in the chest. 
  just as you begin to go into the office of ministry... your calling your work, the center or hub is where the attack is. Point blank in the chest... the heart of the matter... it blows you open and reveals what is inside. It doesn't kill you because it is spiritual. The enemy wants to expose and damage you.

7 The repetitions of these dreams

 God IS trying to warn you of this. I have dreamed 2 different dreams in one morning that both told the same thing in different ways. Another time, have dreamed the same dream 3 different times to get a message.

I think you need to make sure your heart is right, repent as we all must do daily, make sure things are in order. And let the church know there is an attack of the enemy and you need them praying with you. I might even suggest calling a fast and pray at the church. Be keen and aware of the enemy. God has warned you first so you are able to feel it prepare for it and even pull down the stronghold or whatever it is first. We will pray for your ministry.
