Well, we are far enough through winter that most people in most places are pondering March and things like spring....

Here on the east coast, we are still under mountains of snow, envying the west coast and most of the rest of the world.

This year, I have discovered the joy of snowshoeing, and am loving that.

We found the watercress growing in the streams around my house are doing great, and tasting yummy.

Imagine! Something green growing amidst all this white.



I have spent the last few months touring the world (or at least parts
of it!) and simultaneously finishing up my next record. "Water in the
Ground" is going to be released on March 3rd here in Canada, and I am
thrilled.

It seems like it's been a very long time and I'm so happy with the
record, everyone who lent their time and talents to it have made it
golden for me. Shall I list the team? why not...

It was such a joy to record it and now very exciting for me to take it
on the road, play a string of shows to promote it, and get on with my
life... I've already got enough material for 3 more records!

But basically, I'll be all around the maritimes, ontario, and onward to the west.



Somewhere in there, I hope to plant a garden, raise my daughter, have
fun, see other bands, knit, fix my house, plant trees, play with my
cats, etc...
