Hey everyone. Mel checking in here and wanted to let you guys know about some stuff.

I recently flew over to Nashville and ended up figuring out quite a bit about what's going to happen with this project and possibly my move there within then next few months! A little hint is... new members! So keep checking for more updates because there's a lot in store for this rest of the year. You can wonder how I'm being so patient with it all... WELL...

These past few months, and this year so far really, I felt God telling me to just take a rest and slow down. I couldn't understand why at the time, but I did. I let music go for a bit, and held off on recording an EP (in case you were wondering why the heck it's not being seen yet) and just focused on putting him first. So yes, for months I have been actively waiting on him. Physically I might not have been doing much, but spiritually I've been on a rollercoaster. I've also been writing a ton, and really letting God orchestrate what is going to become of this.

So now it's slowly starting to come together a bit more, but nothing is being rushed. I'm really stoked that I found some amazing people in the Tennessee area who are going to be playing with me now. Honestly, it's something I don't think I could've done on my own. God completely made it happen at the right place, at the right time. I waited patiently for this, and I know his ways are blessing me so much more than if I just went out on my own and tried to do this with my own judgment.

Anyway, I wanted to say thank you so much for everyone who has been supporting me so far through this journey. It's been a year! Can you believe it? Time flies... but getting into music is a tough place. Especially when you're doing it to give God all the glory, and not yourself when it's a world of making YOURSELF the center of attention and getting caught up in fame. And I can't hide that that's why I do this. I couldn't find a better reason to anyway. And I love everyone of you who listen even if you don't agree with me on my views, I will love you the way that God has loved me.

I'm excited for you all to hear the new tunes, whenever I start getting stuff up. It won't be long... but ... let's just say you guys will get a heads up when that time comes around.
