Ahhh today was different. Started off at 9:30 am, since when did Sunday's have a 9:30 am???. Lady Wolf was coming to pick me up with her father, mother and sista to go to some little girls christening, we'll call her Taylor. I got my new pin striped suit on, brand spanking new shoes, shirt and casual belt cos you can't go completly smart can you!
10:15am: Off to the church in Caslemilk, and ohh how boring! the most annoying bit..... Preist: 'Jesus said alot of revoloutionary things, love your enemy, but that's not the most revoloutionary thing he said, rich people should be kind to poor people, but that's not the most revoloutionary thing he said.....' That got REALLY annoying. I want to avoid church like sheep avoid the Mick, always facing front and never show an entrance. After the church it was off to Tollcross for a party. Now this wasn't catared to a baby's christening, the DJ decided to play really loud dance and old party tunes. Some how the baby slept through half of it. After the buffet we went to me lady's house, then home at 6.
Irena went to see take that, I recieved a text from her later saying she touched Jason and Mark and was 'pure shakin'. I'm hopin she meant they reached out to the crowd. Since I was alone Tino came down to play. After a shot of 'The Godfather' we strolled outside for a game of footie. It wasn't long before the local hooligans began their hasslin, two little girls on bikes, three little-er boys, and the responsible grown up sister (who was about 12). It started off with them tryin to fight us, callin us names, general little hard men/ lassie stuff. The language was terrible, these kids were about 5-7 and every word you can think of they were using. I held a girl back with her head as she kicked at me (like a cartoon) and Tino skinned them at footie (at one point caught the ball in his t-shirt and legged it). So because we didn't wanna get done for punting these locals into orbit, we played them at footie. Turned out to be more of a swearing contest between them with Tino and I in goals. They got tired and left and we played in the street again.
I took Tino home and that's all folks!
