What is this? We can't go back to buisness, as usual.  Girl, you're beautiful on the outside and on the in.  I can't pretend like I wanna be just your friend.  Let me pick you when life got you down, and on your head let me be the one to place a crown.  You're my princess so why can't I be your prince.  You and I together makes perfect sense.  That was before the truth came out, wouldn't believe it till the proof came out.  Your actions hit me so hard a tooth came out.  Tell me was honesty just played out?  Now I know why all my friends stayed out.  Love blinds you like your name is Stevie Wonder,  leaves you vunerable, your heart left open to plunder.  So am I supposed to lock it away, and keep it out of the fray?  Or remind myself tomorrow's another day?  To take this mistake and see what of it I can make.  What lesson did I learn?  I'm still trying to disern.  Maybe I'll pull an Usher and let it burn.

What the hell, man?  It's good, though.  I like it.
