It also seems that these clips being posted on youtube are trying to get the audience to feel sorry for children raised by extremely religious people, so when this is brought into light, every one will already have some built up anger for these types of people and that is when they will find out about the movie, which only provides more fuel to the fire they have already created and thus cause the viewers to be drawn into the movies even more. Because when you have anger towards something then movies reinforce that anger you are more likely to give into that anger and believe what the director is trying to convey to you. This was simply brilliant but I am shocked that I havent found anyone coming to these conclusions. Maybe that means this lonelygirl isnt as popular as I first thought because it seems hard to believe that no one else can see these obvious things.
