More Subculture goodness!
No more Mr. Nice Guy... please!

Here it is, the last comic for awhile. I wish I had been able to work on the Sparrow and Rachel story more. It’s still in progress. But this was based on a huge blog post I did awhile back based on a so-called reformed nice guy’s letter on craigslist. Leigh Dragoon made some funny comics about it, too, which you can read here and here.

But I’ve already ranted about this before. I’m not beating this dead horse anymore!

If you haven’t heard already, this is my last weekly comic. I’ll try to start doing comics again in May, but they won’t be weekly. More like bimonthly. I’ll send out a newsletter when I start up again, so please subscribe at my site to be sure you get the alert. There’s a full announcement about it here, and an explanation of how this has nothing to do with my recent engagement here.

It’s been lovely, everybody! Thank you so much! I hope to be back with more comics soon.

I have a friend who is hanging around with boys pretty much and I've seen all kinds of guys. And I tell you that guys who are suffocating their girls are slightly selfish. They are in love with her, but they only think of themselves and don't care if the other one has her problems and probably she doesn't love him. My friend is staying with such guy and she doesn't feel very well. Anytime she tries to dump him, he begins to cry! :))) You hear me? A 23 year old 'man' crying like a baby!

I also stayed with a guy last summer who did anything I asked him to, hoping that maybe I will marry him, who knows? And I dumped him because he wasn't my kind and he wasn't good at ...that either. You know, this kind of matters in a relationship.

I don't know if my rambling would catch your interest, but I had it on my heart.

Keep up the great work! ;)

Aww...this is pretty right, too bad that in this world there are few nice guys and many "nice guys".

In a my mind there is no such thing as nice and therefore a "nice guy"; but I'm contrasting that to "friendship". Having a wandering eye is normal. Groping your friends isn't. This makes me laugh on two points: On the one hand, you have to swim through the sliminess to discover the "stalker behavior" and "not friend" care label tags sewed into their moral fiber. On the other, those going "IS NOT FAIR!" in their drunken stalker loneliness because they are not up to par with the societal norms, wants, needs, or deviances due to either their cowardice or laziness.
