Ladies and Gentlemen… Tonight was a very special night, I was informed at 8:30 pm that my song Miss Hedonist off of my upcoming release Omotion was selected as one of the Top 10 in 93.3 KTCL's Hometown for the Holidays '08 and… wow… that is all I can really say. I could not possibly feel more blessed and honored to be in that line-up.. it is without a doubt the most exciting thing that has happened to me in my career as a music artist. My life has not been very much of a cakewalk for the last two years jumping off of the boat and trying to feed myself off of my art, it has tested every bit of faith in me and challenged every note played and word spit… needless to say, it's moments like this when I breathe easy and am filled with the most incredible feeling of accomplishment and hope.. for that I cannot begin to express my thanks for this opportunity, first to KTCL for the genuine local love throughout the years, to Elijah Pratt who made the song by amazingly dominating that hook, and also to Skimp Killah who produced the beat which was the initial spark of inspiration, and last but not least to every single person who has been there for me throughout the years.. my FAMILY, my FRIENDS, my CREW. Without your loving support I hesitate to think where I might be… Having said that..

KTCL will be playing Miss Hedonist 3-4 times a day starting this Thursday December 11th to the 17th!!!

So the band that sent you this email needs your help and so do we. If you're supporting a local band that most folks haven't heard of, sometimes to the point of letting them crash on your couch, you're most likely the sort of music-obsessed person we're looking for We want to know what you think. We'd like you to sign up to take our music surveys. Twice a year they include ALL local music (once to see who plays Big Gig, and the other for Hometown For The Holidays). The rest of the time it's mostly national acts (Linkin Park, Rise Against, Incubus etc.) with some local artists thrown in to see if you think they're ready for the big-time. These surveys have gotten a lot of bands signed including The Fray, The Flobots, Tickle Me Pink, Meese, Single File and more!
