Hey everyone. I thought it might be time to give a little update on what's been going on. Megan, Kevin, Justin and I have been working on some new material, and anyone who has seen a show since R Pop has heard two of those songs:  We Say Goodbye and Breakthrough. We are hoping to demo them soon and we'll be sure to put them up as soon as we do.

It has been an interesting process writing songs with the band, since all of the songs on "Lonely at the Bottom" were written basically by Megan and I on two acoustic guitars, and eventually adapted to the full band. We're starting to gain an understanding about how the two of us write together best, and how we write together as a band best.

It's been great having Justin in the band starting at the beginning of the summer. He is a great addition both musically and personality-wise. We've been getting to know him and if you haven't met him yet, we're sure you'll like him just as much as we do.

We played a couple out-of-town shows over the past month, in Charlottesville and in Va Beach, and we're looking forward to going back. It's great to get out of our element and see how our music is received by different audiences. Thankfully, we've had warm receptions everywhere we've gone.

Well that about wraps it up. We'll keep you posted as always regarding future shows. Note that we're playing in Manassas the night before Thanksgiving, so any of you old school Manassans, come to Okra's to grab a drink and catch up.
